Love the collection

My wife started this collection last year and I surprised her with this bowl. She absolutely loved it. This collection is really nice to display and at a decent price. I will be buying the whole collection.

Dining for One in Style

This is a pretty 5 piece one person place setting featuring a dinner plate, dessert plate, bread plate, saucer and coffee cup. The design is black, white, and grey with a silver metal rim on each piece. Even though it states they are dish washer safe, in my experience, any sort of metal rim for long-term care needs to be hand-washed. I suppose it depends on how these would be treasured. For the price, they are a significant investment and I think the purchaser would want to keep them nice. The coffee cup is small but certainly comparable to my other fine china dish sets. What I do love about this place setting is the saucer/plates have different designs. Actually the coffee cup saucer and second largest plate (I call it a dessert plate but maybe it's for salad provided it's a small salad) has the same design which is black band within the metal rim, white band, and the larger gray band. The third largest saucer (I think it's the bread plate) has the cutest design. It's black rimmed with what looks to me like metallic flowers, minus leaves and petals, pushing up from the center towards the rim. The dinner plate has a grey and white geometric design where curves are prominent. It's very clever how the pieces work together. I don't often dine on fine china but I do enjoy displaying it. This set will go into my china cabinet.

Fancy, for a price.

So, my fault, but when I requested this set, I didn't really take the time to read the whole description, I assumed that this was a full set of dishes, with 5 different pieces per place setting. It's not, it's one place setting. Which means you need to buy at least 4 of these for the typical family. At, $140/set, that's over $550 for a 4 place set. That being said, these are very elegant, though with this design, I am not so keen on them, kind of remind me of something in the 60s, something from the space age when everything had hints of space in them. But this is just my opinion, the quality is top notch and they have a price to match that. Overall if you can afford them, and you like the design, then this is a top shelf set for you.

They arrived in mint condition and they are very high end quality items. The plates look good and they are very usable but I have only served from them once because I want to keep them up and looking nice. The color contrast is very eye-catching and the color is quite vivid and it has a circle design that looks amazing when all stacked up. These are very nice high quality plates and anyone would be proud to display them. 4 stars

Mid Weight China.

This is a mid weight china, dishwasher safe only. This china isn’t as delicate as fine bone china, which makes it more durable than fine bone and can be used as everyday china. It is elegantly modern, and I love the blue/gray color and pattern. It includes a dinner plate, salad, dessert, saucer and cup. It is accented with platinum so do not microwave. I’m giving this set four stars despite the price point being a tad high for a five piece place setting for durable china.

Nice blend of colors

I love the look and sorta blend of colors. Great for entertainment and goes with a multiple array of napkin colors. However, they will break. It’s more glitzy than durable. They do fine in the dishwasher, but I dropped a plate on the carpet and it immediately broke in half. Smooth texture and a nice weight to them. The bowl is perfect for ice cream.
