Great
This is my second purchase for this A3 brush head. To me, it seems rough on the gums until breaking it in after 2 weeks of 2 uses per day. I've been using these with the BOKA toothpastes, not brushing until after 45 minutes of eating, not rinsing for 30 minutes after brushing, and using the BOKA chewable mouthwash pills. To my surprise my dental hygienist says she was amazed to less plaque on my teeth. I really think this routine has cut the time with my hygienist by a half hour.

Gotcha
I really like the Philips Sonicare products but feel all their brush heads are over priced. As often as you should change them the costs add up quickly. However, I suppose this could be offset by fewer dental services required. Just not convinced the cost of these is justified.

BEST Sonicare brush head
I got a new Sonicare (upgraded from E-series) and ordered a 2 pack of the C3 brush heads at the same time. I was not happy with the upgrade, I thought it did not do as good a job as my older model E-series. Honestly I was going to return it. But I ordered the A3 brush heads…what a huge difference!! This model brush head is wonderful - cleans teeth & gums so well I feel like I’ve just been to the Dentist. Huge difference, highly recommend.

It does what it says it does
I got these to replace the C2 heads that came with my sonicare 4100. I MUCH prefer these for a few reasons; 1.) The rubber housing. I have sensory issues when it comes to sounds and sensations, especially in my mouth (when I was a child I was afraid of fresh veggies because of the noise they made when I chewed lol). The C2 heads were all hard plastic, so when the back would bump up against another tooth while brushing, my entire head would loudly vibrate and it was pretty jarring. With these A3's the rubber helps to absorb and offset excess vibrations that would otherwise feel like a woodpecker against your other teeth. Pretty cool of sonicare to think about that instead of just telling us to "suck it up" like my dentist did. 2.) More surface area. Compared to the C2's these are much larger, which I would consider a plus. Not like clunky or unwieldy large, but big enough to cover the entire surface of my teeth so I know I'm not missing any spots and I can finish brushing faster. Somehow it doesn't feel much bigger in my mouth, which I attribute to the design and aforementioned rubber housing. 3.) It just cleans better. You know after brushing, when you run your tongue along your teeth and still feel spots of plaque? That happens much, much less with these. Again, I'm comparing them to the C2 heads that come with most sonicare brushes. On top of a better clean, I'm also getting some cool whitening effects. I've always gotten calcium buildups all over my teeth and they LOVE to stain. That makes for nice little yellow halos over all my front teeth. I've been using the A3 heads for about 3 weeks and those yellow halos are visibly turning into lighter, off-white ones instead, which is really neat. My gums bleed if you look at them funny, but I've had no issues using these. Though I should point out that I'm also using Perodontax toothpaste which specializes in gingivitis and gum care. But I suppose what's special about the A3's is that you could pair it with a gum toothpaste if you need special care in that area, a whitening toothpaste if that's what you want to focus on, or just a super duper plaque remover toothpaste to keep things spic and span. It's the perfect all-arounder that can also specialize in whatever area you need it to. And the off-white heads look sooo cute on the pink 4100 handle! And one more thing I wanted to add: There's some confusion around if these are "genuine" or not that I'd like to help clear up. Yes, the product page is for genuine Sonicare A3 Brush Heads. BUT, that doesn't mean that every seller will actually sell you genuine heads. Many third party sellers will try to hock counterfeits under the real product page, which is why some reviewers may have gotten knock-offs. To avoid this, you need to make sure that you're buying from a reputable seller, preferably Amazon or the brand itself. If you see: Ships from BargainCheapzz384 Sold by BargainCheapzz384 then you need to change the seller. Click on the "Compare Other sellers on Amazon" button and choose one that says: Ships from Amazon.com Sold by Amazon.com Or Ships from Amazon.com Sold by Philips Sonicare This goes for anything you buy that goes on or in your body such as food, cosmetics or toiletries. Happy (and safe) shopping!

Disgusting
The media could not be loaded. I was sent USED toothbrush heads that aren’t even the correct ones either! I can not believe this

Pay to end the insanity
The insanity of multiple interchangeable brush heads no more, so we’re essentially back to the basic toothbrush head, and are paying a premium to go full circle – last I checked the "matching" toothbrush, as in the handle that is the marketing pair of this brush head (lacking the provision for multiple heads as seen from the previous generation), retailed for ~ $500 on here with undecipherable marketing speak as to what tech makes it worth that much. So, I use this brush head with the previous gen/s of Sonicare brush handles that I already own, without worrying that I am lacking oral hygiene just because I don’t use an array of brush heads instead. Blissful ignorance works in the world of too much (BS) information. Some day I might grab the handle if on sale and become even more blissfully ignorant and let Philips tell me what I need.

Short life
These were delivered on January 26th. By February 10th one had already stopped working. On the inside it doesn't slide and click and stay on to the post anymore. It's like two loose and falls off right away. I've never had this happen with Sonicare before. But this is the first time I've tried this Pacific style of Head. Super disappointed in the cost considering that it didn't even last a month

Premium
I have only used this a week and feel it is a significant upgrade from my C3 brush head. Given their premium price point I was hesitant to try these, though I must say I feel the A3 gives me the best cleaning experience I've had to date. The A3 is slightly larger than the C3 and the bundles of brushes are spaced out a touch more (the bristles are shaped triangularly as claimed; I got out my 60x magnifying glass to verify this). Should I encounter any longevity issues, I will update my review, otherwise, this seems like 5 stars for effectiveness. Oral care is one of those things I'd rather pay now than pay later.

Don’t recommend - too soft too expensive for two brush heads
Don’t recommend and will not be repurchasing.Too soft, left our teeth lacking deep clean feel, instead felt like soft brush over. Too expensive at c. $40 Canadian dollars for 2 heads? Back to the design lab Phillips abs do better!
