Excellent Quality Shower & Tub Trim Kit

Over the years I have remodeled several bathrooms, and I constantly find myself seeking out Pfister products. Mainly because the beautiful finishes, they're easy to install, and excellent quality. The Willa Tub & Shower Trim Kit is no exception. I ordered this kit for my guest bathroom remodel. The trim pieces are easy to clean and comes in a beautiful brushed nickel finish. While the trim pieces still get the occasional water spots and fingerprints, it is a lot more resistant compared to other trim kits I've used in the past. That is one of the things I like most about Pfister. They really pay attention to details. Each trim piece has a flawless finish with no imperfections, and the tub spout has a "QuickConnect" making the installation process simple. The other thing I really like about Pfister is they make the behind the wall installation process so much easier compared to other installs I've completed. The instructions are exceptionally easy to follow, and this kit comes with all the parts you need for a successful install. The brass valve is excellent quality, has good water pressure, and Pfister also offers a limited lifetime warranty. The peace of mind is worth the additional cost to know that I am installing a reliable plumbing component behind my wall. The last thing I want to do is tear up my finished bathroom due to a faulty valve. Bottom Line: If you are thinking about ordering The Pfister Willa Tub & Shower Trim Kit I wouldn't even give it another thought. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Attractive and solidly built...

This is a good-looking tub/shower set from Pfister with its design complemented by solid build quality. The main parts of the set are metal, solid and heavy in the valve handle, tub filler and shower arm. The cover plates for the valve and shower arm are also metal, though thin. The shower head's face is plastic with metal behind it. Pfister's valves are ceramic and trustworthy. Moreover, Pfister provides a reliable lifetime-to-original-owner warranty from a company that has been around for years. Build and design are equal in my view to faucets costing substantially more from fancier name brands. By all means, if you like the design of this faucet, get it. It's a true bargain for the quality of the set. Pfister, once named Price-Pfister, is the fifth largest U.S. faucet manufacturer behind Delta, Moen, Kohler and American Standard. The company's faucets are similar in build quality to those of the other top U.S. manufacturers. Pfister's warranty is lifetime like other top manufacturers. Some reviews suggest Pfister has a less responsive customer service department than other manufacturers, but complaints have not been about failure to honor the warranty, but focused on outsourced customer service where the representatives don't know the product and thus aren't able to provide knowledgable help. Pfister has sent parts and replaced faucets, but getting there can be more of a hassle. This tub/shower set is a bargain for the quality you get at the price. The finish is a warm brushed nickel. Comes with the rough-in valve, often a substantial extra expense. Because Pfister seems to focus on selling to homeowners it does an excellent job with packaging and including easy-to-follow instructions. Don't hesitate to get this tub/shower set. You'd spend twice as much for similar quality from other top manufacturers.

Beautiful, Exactly What I Needed

One thing I've learned over the years is when it comes to kitchen and bathroom fixtures, don't skimp. The name brands are so much better quality than the rest. The are more sturdy and much more durable. It's amazing how the holes and leaks come with the others. That said, this set is amazing quality. You definitely get the brand quality and it's worth it. This is beautiful and perfecctly functional. It comes with everything you need and was the perfect replacement for my dated guest room shower. It's a not too expensive way to update the look of your bathroom and o get rid of a scummy old shower faucet. It's definitely worth the extra funds to get wuality like this.

You get what you pay for

As to be expected, this is a super solid fixture that at least feels like it's built to last for a long time. Although it has a nickel finish, it actually does a pretty good job not showing water spots, and a clean design that makes it easy to wipe down when needed. Speaking of the design, it's a sort of understated look that will go with pretty much any bathroom finish. The motion of the single handle control is smooth, and while the shower head isn't as large as some, it provides a nice flow and coverage. If you're looking for a well-built fixture that's under $200, you could certainly do worse.
