BEWARE This replaces an earlier model that gave out after about 15 years. The only problem I have with it is it works backwards as others have noted. You must push down rather than lift up to turn water on. In a review I read somewhere it was suggested you could rotate the cartridge to make it work properly. SO I went ahead and bought it. I needed a faucet that was not as tall as everything thay seem to sell these days as I have a window sill right behind my sink. The cartridge has these two "feet" or bumps on bottom that will only fit in the brass fitting one way. If anyone has figured out how to fix this PLEASE REPLY! The service rep told me I must have a defective one sent a new cartridge (same issue). The paper work that comes with the faucet hows up is on. What give Pfister? Why do you continue to ship these BACKWARDS FAUCETS!

Make sure you have ALL the parts before install

I like this faucet and I had it installed without the "plate". As I looked at it after installation, I thought it should be taller. After checking pictures, the manual, etc. I realized we were missing a piece, the bottom collar/putty ring. Called Pfister and they knew immediately that I was missing the part and sent it two day air. Pfister admitted that this part had been left out and I wasn't the only one with it missing. #1, it would be nice if they provided a part list with their product so you don't have to solve the mystery "why is my faucet shorter than the picture?". It's a nice faucet and IMO much better than the popular right hand control with spray in the faucet - I have one in my laundry room and the right hand faucet control is very inconvenient and the water comes out so high above the sink, the whole deal is annoying, so this one is much better, just make sure you have the ring if you are installing directly into the counter. The picture shows the missing part on the window ledge. PS Don't get this Kohler sink if you have a standard width counter.

Good value

After looking at many faucets two and three times the price we chose this one as the connections underneath were the closest to what we had and we have a very tight space in which to work. The faucet went in easily and looks great. If it lasts as long as the previous one (12 years), I will be thrilled.

Beautiful, but started leaking right away. Not a happy camper

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace an olde Pfister kitchen faucet that had had issues 3 times in the last 10 years (it was much older than that!) Time to replace! My plumber installed the new one on Friday afternoon, and it looked lovely and seemed to work perfectly, for which I would give it 5 stars. We installed it without the plate, like my previous one. But that night I noticed that sometimes when I turn it on after it's not been in use for a while, a little water (a tablespoon or two) leaks out from underneath the handle. During immediate subsequent uses (on and off, like when I am washing dishes) it does not leak at all. But when I leave it for an hour or so, the next time I turn on the water, out comes that a small quantity of water from the bottom part of the handle. I contacted the plumber and he'll come back this week. But really, this should not happen. I am concerned because when the box arrived it was not sealed, and two metal rings were just loose inside the box. I wonder if some internal part of the faucet assembly was missing, although I think the plumber should have noticed (it was largely assembled when it arrived.) Very disappointing to have my 200 dollar faucet be leaking right away. Will update this review after the plumber returns. So, he came back, tightened the items inside as suggested by Pfister's troubleshooting website. A couple hours later, water dribbles out at the base of the handle again. I called Pfister's customer support and they are going to send new parts for free, as they should ( I believe they said a new cartridge and new O rings --- it was hard to hear.) But I'll still be out some money because I'll have to call out the plumber again. Very disappointing.The customer support said it will take 7 to 10 days for the parts to get here, then I’ll have to get the plumber to come back. I’m beginning to feel like I should ask for my money back.

Installation was pretty easy, and the faucet looks great. The side sprayer is the best I've ever had. But, the flow is low, and the aerator has a spray of water besides the main stream. Trying to fill a water bottle leaves your hand soaked. If I hear back from Pfister I'll update my review.

Wasting your money

I bought it and installed but found out after I got it that the c-clip type attachment leaked and had to put new prongs on it and it still leaked. I eventually had to throw it away and buy a better faucet and wasted $175 and start over, it’s a terrible connection method. Your wasting your money and time

Très beau modèle , bon prix et fonctionnel.

J’ai dû remplacer mon ancienne robinetterie par ce nouveau modèle. Il est très bien et fonctionnel en plus à très bon prix. Je suis très satisfait.
