This booster seat is being used for a Bichon frise that weights approximately 19 lbs. he absolutely loves it. Cons: 1) It does sit very high (I have a Accra but he loves being able to see it all). It will concern you that dog will be able to jump out window however I use a headrest seatbelt that is awesome that gives me complete confidence he is very safe (SlowTon dog seatbelt 2 pack purchased on amazon for great price awesome product for pet safe travel) 2) The harness clips are attached to seat and are not heavy duty and while this has not happened I was concerned they would rip from booster seat especially because it is made of sturdy foam and fabric. This is not a deal breaker as I already had doggie seat belts that attach to headrest so I use those (belts purchased on amazon from SlowTon Dog seat belt 2 pack a must buy at a great price) 3) removable pillow - washable zipper shell filled with a pillow insert. The insert is not very good but I had a insert that was not being used so I put that in shell with other insert to beef it up for my babies comfort so this was not a deal breaker. Pros: 1) it is made of a sturdy foam which is light weight and easy to move. While other reviews criticized it because it was foam, it has held up very well and has had no damage and I use it 5 out of 7 days a week. Using since April 8th almost 1 month. 2) Removable pillow case has washed up very nicely. 3) Height of booster while I listed in cons because it may concern other pet owners. It has been a real plus for me and my Bichon frise. Every other booster I’ve tried has really not made him happy as he couldn’t see and he loves to look around when we drive. This booster seat has been awesome I have never seen him happier and he rides around like he is king of the car. Overall this product has been an absolute winner for me and my pet. Everyone is different and has different concerns but please give this one a try I think you’ll find that your pet will love it and if you were like me if they’re happy you’re happy.

Decent booster seat for the price (fits 2021 Tesla Model 3)
Well, the pup definitely finds it comfortable. Keep in mind that this is literally just a custom-shaped block of sturdy styrofoam inside with a pillow cover wrapped around it, so don't go expecting memory foam or something in the seat. We removed the extra pillow inside because our pup likes to be recessed inside and rest his chin on the edges. It provides enough support and height to let him look out the window when sitting up, or sleep curled up in it. Don't use the tethers that come with this, they're not very strong at all and seem flimsy. If you want proper protection, use a strong headrest tether to the harness. The seat is quite tricky to secure with the seatbelt, especially if you have a compact car without much room to move around inside. I have a 2021 Tesla Model 3 and it fit fine, but the seatbelt takes some wriggling to get under the seat and properly secure it. The cover is machine washable, and we've washed it a couple of times now. But getting it back onto the styrofoam block is a bit of a hassle due to the shape and the way the cover only opens on one side. You need to stuff it in and pull around to get it back in place.

Mixed review
So, how to review this???? It’s tough. The quality is top notch. It seems durable and the foam is stable. I have a parrot with a plastic carrying cage that actually fits in the large one perfectly. And it lifts up the cage beautifully so now my parrot can see out the windows and it keeps him entertained. I’m glad I bought it. That being said, there are a few things to consider prior to purchasing. 1) this is wider than a normal seat, so, buckling it in is a logistic puzzle for one belt and if you need to use more than one, you just rendered your backseat useless for anything except strapping this in. (Which also means it would crowd any other back seat occupants). 2) most seats are sloped down to the seat back. So, unless you have a truck or something, when you do strap this down, the foam is not flat for any animal sitting on it. I would imagine that would be less than comfortable and 3) with the two items above in consideration, it does buckle in with the seatbelt for sure, but, due to the angle of the strapping and such, it is not 100% secure. The pressure from the seatbelts ends up being directed down more than back on the part of the cushion designed for that purpose. The seatbelt could not hold it in place if, god forbid, there was a collision. Which means potentially the cushion under your pet could suddenly not be under your pet anymore. Granted, that is an extreme thought. For day to day use I’m convinced it’s fine. My main point is it could have been designed a little differently for sloped seats because of the leveling and because that causes the pressure from the seatbelts to go downward instead of back.

Frenchie loves it!
Overall I really like this seat. I have a 24lb Frenchie who needed a bit more space than our previous seat provided. I ordered the Large and it’s perfect. Just the right height to allow him to see out the window. However, the included pillow is VERY floppy and ends up in a bunch more often than not. Velcro on the bottom of the pillow would have been helpful, but we ended up taking the pillow out entirely and tossing in a blanket. We also decided to attach the harness straps to the headrests rather than to the seat itself. Our guy pulls on the harness straps to get as far out of the window as possible and the pulling causes the seat to tilt forward. Hooking the straps to the headrest prevents that problem entirely and keeps him from hanging too far out of the window. I purchased an Amazon Warehouse deal described as “new in original packaging”, but when I received it the seat was COVERED in hair and grass. I got a great deal on it so I washed the cover and took a lint roller to it and it was good as new. Just FYI for anyone considering a warehouse deal for this item.

Double Pet Car Seat is a Hit
I love everything about this car seat. My two mini Dachshunds fit into it perfectly. It is the width of my passenger seat so there's lots of room for them. It is soft enough to be comfy but rigid enough to keep its shape. The first time I took them for a ride, they didn't know which way to look! They loved it! It's super easy to take in and out of the car if you have to. (In this picture my dogs are not attached because I hadn't purchased harnesses for them yet.)

I think she likes it
I have a Havanese dog that does not like travelling in the vehicle. I got this dog seat because it's high and she can sit or lie down and she can see out the window. She does not whine or pace in the back seat when she is buckled into this car seat. So far it's the best one we have tried. It is easy to install, but does take up a full seat space. I clip her into it with her wearing her harness and I buckle it to the other car seat belt so I know she can not jump out the window or fall off the dog seat. I only put the window half way down and it seems fine.

Very well made!
My dog loves her seat! She jumped right into it as soon as it was out of the box! She is about 12lbs and has lots of room to lie in it or sit and look out the car window. It’s made very well and so easy to put in car! Only thing I would change is have clips a bit bigger that secure to the harness as we had to add an additional ring that it could clip on to!

Works great, straps don't quite shorten enough
We have two Yorkies (5.5 lbs and 3.5 lbs) and they fit comfortably together. I only wish the straps could be made shorter, as one of our pups likes to sit up on the edge and she fell over once. We have to watch them to make sure they are always seated properly.

Seems great, my dog can finally look out the window!
My mini schnauzer is needy so I dont think shes happy back there by herself. But after getting into an accident earlier thought it would be for the best. I dont thinn i could fit a 2nd dog in here but fits my 15lb dog perfectly! Had to remove the included harnesses and get my own because they were too short for my dog and didnt seem sturdy enough to stand up to an actual acccident.
