Step up

I have some kettlebells from a competitor (that I will not name) the first of which I purchased at a big box store at the height of the pandemic, when it was all that I could get. They look very similar at a similar price point and have served me well. This Lifeline bell is a step up and was actually a few dollars less expensive than the closest weight in the other brand. While similar, the Lifeline finish is better. A more impressive difference is the shipping and delivery. Several weeks ago, I ordered the closest weight in the competitor's bell. The delivery date came and went, delayed notices and new expected delivery dates were received. From the UPS tracking site, I could see that there were no new entries for the past 16 days so I finally asked for a refund. I ordered this Lifeline bell and, even with a two-day delay due to a blizzard, it was on my doorstep within a week. I had previously ordered a 40lb bell from the competitor and it came in a cardboard box surrounded by what had once been honeycomb cardboard padding. The bell had torn through the box and had scuffs on the handle and the box had been heavily retaped during shipping. The Lifeline bell came in a heavier box with more plastic straps and looked in pretty good shape considering it was holding over 50 pounds of cast iron. When I opened it, I was impressed. Instead of a loose bell wrapped in crushed padding, the bell was nestled in a dense styrofoam clamshell obviously made to fit both bell and box. Not a scratch. Kudos Lifeline.

Seems to be high quality.

Our two 80 lb Lifeline kettlebells showed up in great, intentionally done, protective packaging. The kettlebells feel and look high quality. We liked that the company provides information on how the kettlebells are crafted. So far, we're very pleased with our purchase!

Excellent quality for the price 12kg, 16kg, 20kg and 24kg

Very pleased with the quality of this Kettlebell for the price. Perfectly flat bottom and nice fit/finish. My only complaint is the size of the bell hurts my arm during cleans. I wish they made a competition style, which would probably be better for me. But that's a personal preference. Great product and quality. Update. I have since purchased a 16kg, 20kg and 24kg. Still feel this is an excellent value and quality kettlebell. But, I do have one complaint. As the kb weights increase, so does the handle size. 12kg is good. 16kg is ok, but the 20 and 24kg handles are way too big. I don't know if this is standard thing, but I have fairly large hands, so I don't know who they've designed these for. So I've removed one star because of that. If the handles were smaller, I'd be buying a 28kg, 32kg and 36kg too, but will have to look for another brand now unfortunately.

Seems like a decent kettlebell

they do arrive dusty, not sure if that is to protect it during shipping or some part of manufacturing. It's not used as far as I can tell. I use kettlebells three times a week, and you can see scuffs, etc. from use when they are actually used in a gym, just to answer a review I saw earlier. Seems like a really nice kettlebell comparable to my onnit and kettlebell kings versions.

Highly recommend!

Took a chance ordering a pair of 20kg bells, being a ‘kb snob’ I suppose after many years of training and being spoiled with RKC Dragon Door Bells it’s hard to settle for less than top tier quality and you know when shape/balance is off, yet when continuing to build your own home garage it is tough to continue to shell out that top tier cash. After using these bells for several training sessions this past week I’m very happy with my decision and when the time comes to yet again expand with another pair of bells I will definitely be purchasing another set of Lifelines. Bell quality and coating is great and what you would expect of an RKC style bell, I’ve only had them a week but I do not see these chipping out gouging away like those of poor quality like I’ve made the mistake of purchasing in the past in hopes to save a buck with enamel type coating. As one of the other reviewers had mentioned, the logo on the bell front is engraved/set into the bell front as opposed to raised which is honestly something I would’ve even overlooked when shopping for bells since most of my others don’t have much on the bell front besides a weight, but lord I can see how much that would hurt during cleans/snatches. Not that it’s a huge factor to take into consideration when purchasing a bell, but they did arrive a day before estimated. I was extremely impressed with the level of care that went into packaging these bells for shipment. Double boxed, corded, and styrofoam to help hold the bell in place so that it did arrive unscathed on my doorstep. All in all definitely impressed, extremely satisfied with my purchase, highly recommended.

Favorite KB’s

I have several brands of kettle bells and this is my favorite. I have three sizes - 53#, 62#, and 71#. I like that the handles are still manageable for my smaller hands. Highly recommend!!!

Not awesome

Its handle is super narrow. I don't have large hands and it's still constrictive. There's no room for my hand. I would definitely not buy it again, or recommend it.
