I bought a pink cob size for my pony Rosie and a red pony size for my other pony Teddy. The cob size fits great (needed to be tied at the opposite end of the buckle since it was slightly big) and since my one pony is a bigger pony with a big jaw bone it was the best choice for her. My other pony Teddy, on the second hole of the headstall and on the second or third hole on the noseband, fits it great. He is also hard to fit since he is about 11-11.1 hh and his head is very blocky so many halters fit too small or too big so this halter (while snug around the throat for both) fits great. I usually like the throat to be a bit looser but for the weird proportions my ponies fit it fits great.

Nice halter but runs big
The halter is very nice looking and seems well made. However it's tooooo big. I ordered Horse size (the tag said 800-1100 pounds) for my 15.1h Missouri Fox Trotter gelding who weighs a little more than 1000 lbs. His head is actually a little larger than my other MFT gelding. I should've read the reviews first. I can't adjust the cheek straps any -- just the one that goes behind his ears. If I hadn't torn the tags off before trying it on my gelding, I would've exchanged it for the next smaller size (that would be the Cob size.) I did sell it to one of the other boarders who has a Clydesdale/QH cross gelding, and it fit his huge head perfectly.

Great halter, runs a little large
This halter is very sturdy with quality fittings. It is easy to slip on and off and the two sets of buckles allows for easy fitting. My only problem is it runs kinda large. In every other halter or bridle I have had my horse is size "horse", but when I bought that size for this halter I had to punch some extra holes and it was still a little large. Buy a size smaller than you think and it should work great.

color was more lime than yellow the size was larger than I had expected. Cob is supposed to be smaller than horse but it seems to be larger than the one I ordered in reg horse size.Really expected the color to look like the picture but it didn't. It has faded so it does tend to be a more yellowish color but just not what I wanted. Well made and seems durable enough in the wear dept.

Great Halter but a Little Large.
Wonderful little halter. Fits the mare I bought it for just fine but admittedly she has a very large head. Doesn't fit the gelding that I was hoping to use it for as well but I can always poke more holes in it.

Big size but excellent halter
The halter is sized really big but otherwise it has been a great halter. I got the cob size for my thoroughbred horse and it fits him like a dream. Really happy with this halter!!!
