Love it & so will the birds!

Just what I needed to replace a bird house damaged in the last storm. Some bird will appreciate a new home! Will reorder another soon because my other bird house is showing some wear & tear.

Great value

Super easy to install, clean and maintain. Quality material too. It makes a nice yard decoration even if the finches did not use it. I suggest leaving it natural and don't paint it. As it weathers it will become even more attractive to finches and chickadees.

What a nice little birdhouse! It's well made out of quality materials and will be easy to clean out next spring. A good value too!

Perky Pet builds great little houses!

The roof on the one I received is simpler than this one but it still a great little house for the money. The best thing about Perky Pet is that they build for the birds safety and comfort not for the looks or peoples opinions . It has the proper ventilation on the sides and drain slots on the bottom and the roof is easy to remove to clean. I hope it will be a great little home for a sweet Carolina wren that’s been hanging around!

Nice gift!

Got this for my daughter-in-law's birthday and she really liked it. The only problem was that it arrived late after her birthday. It is a very nice bird house, though.

Poor build quality

Just bought two of these wren houses. One of them arrived with a piece of wood completely broken off one of the sides of the roof. The roof for neither house fits onto the house properly so if you were to try to hang it up the roof rattles on the house continually. Unfortunately very poor build quality. I can also see there is a split down the middle of the roof in the photo so it looks as though the roof is about to completely split in two. You are then left with the inconvenience of having to repackage and return the item.

Item was slightly different then was in picture on website. Otherwise all is good so far as it did not impact on structure and still looked pretty nice. Now just need to do a stain job to it. Thanks for not painting it so that it allows me to put what i want on it. Would by product again

Must read - ideal for small birds

It is cute little bird house. The only problem is it is made for the smaller birds. I have hanging it on my backyard for few weeks. There are only few hayes in it and there is no birds at all.

arrived broken... twice

Product itself seemed ok, if maybe a little cheaply made, but the roof was in two pieces when it arrived. I e-mailed Amazon who said they would send another one. The second arrived with the front panel split in two. I think it someone had taken care to wrap it in something other than brown paper in a roomy box, it may have been ok...
