Go buy the next size up suction cups
This is a great product. The feeder is glass and it is very easy to unscrew the bottom of the feeder off of the glass cylinder to refill. Here is where the issue is. First off the two suction cups they send are way too small. You need those large ones that are 2.5 inches before you smashed them down hard on the window. Next, you need to watch the Perky Pet youtube video about how to set this feeder up. (Thanks to the person who suggested that.) Wash window. Rub the suction cup 15 times around with thumb. I did all this practicing on the inside window in my house before attempting outdoors. After you put the suction cups on the feeder, then press it on window. Then you lift up on feeder and disconnect it from the suction cups. Then you firmly smash the suction cups down on window. Let the suction cups sit there for a while, maybe 15 minutes. Bring the empty feeder back and practice sliding it down on the suction cups right at eye level so you can get the hang of it. You do not have to take the suction cups off each time if you do it right. A word of advice to Perky Pet. You need to add the bigger suction cups and have them made with a longer support knob so it will engage better with the feeder. Then add a cleaning brush. If all that were done, it would be your best feeder. A real pleasure to watch the birds so close up. For those with arthritis in their fingers, this one is so much easier to deal with than the one with those two little catches on the back. Oh and cleaning. The neck is very small. If you will take it down in the evening after they are through feeding. Put some clorox water in the glass container. Rinse it out in the morning and add your sugar water you will not get the grungy mold. I am going to have to buy a narrow bottle brush for this one though eventually. Perky pet, let me know when you make those changes so I can buy another one.

This is the best Hummingbird feeder
This feeder is a glass bottle, so it is safer for birds. The suction cups are large and have a ?give? at the bottle end so it is easy to get off the window. The whole feeder is removed to change the water. I hung it on my dining room window one late afternoon; and while I was eating breakfast the next morning, a hummingbird came! I love it. Company love seeing the birds too.

Birds love it.
I like the bird feeder it actually sticks to the glass very well . I was skeptical at first. The birds seem to like using it. Good purchase.

I’m still struggling with the suction power
I love the 2 cup capacity of this feeder since I have a lot of hummingbirds, it looks great, but I’m struggling to get it to stick to my window. I’ve tried, making sure the window, and the back of the section cup are very clean, filling the feeder only half full, but it still fall off. Thankfully it lands in the grass so it’s held up just fine. I’m not ready to give up on it yet.

If you want to see Hummingbirds this is the way to go.
The media could not be loaded. I know hummers are attracted to the color red, but I'm still amazed they found me. Here's why: I live in the heart of a big city. It's not Times Square mind you, but it's no Suburb by any stretch. I was quite concerned, given that I've never tried to attract HB's before. I didn't know how they would ever find my feeder, and if my homemade Nectar concoction would even be tasty. Check, Check, and triple Check. First, I placed my feeder on a small, south-facing window outside my kitchen. It's not recommended to have the Nectar in the sun, but we've had some really gray days, and the temps have been on the cool side; with highs between the 50's and 60's. The upper pane of this window is only about 7 feet above our patio floor. I figured if the suction cups didn't hold it would fall into a old pot of soil underneath and have a higher chance of surviving. I hung it out there for 3-4 days with no action. As the daytime highs began to creep into the mid 70's and the clouds began to break, I decided to move the feeder to a North-facing window. This placement had it's own concerns as the feeder would be somewhat obscured by two short trees that branch out pretty close to the window. Also just 3 feet away, I have another suction cup feeder with seeds that attracts Cardinals, Catbirds, Sparrows, and unfortunately Gray Squirrels with bigger stomachs that any songbird. I wasn't sure if the Hummers would be turned off by the activity. The feeder hung there for a few days - still no action. After some heavy downpours the feeder suction cups lost some grip and the feeder slid to the bottom of the window pane and sat there, still holding it's upright position. I brought it in, cleaned the window, the glass jar, and even the suction cups. Here's a tip: for more suction, smear a tiny bit of shampoo or hand lotion inside the suction cups. This improves the suction cup's performance big time! I changed the nectar batch once more and after another 2 - 3 days, including periods with some pretty heavy downpours - voila, my first HB sighting ever! Two birds flew in from the East on a 58 degree Saturday afternoon and fed for about 45 seconds and disappeared. I sat there for an hour waiting for a return visit. Nothing. Then 3 hours later, one comes back. I was giddy. Several visits ensued until it was too dark to notice them anymore! As you can see, this feeder worked for me so I recommend it. Make sure after filling the jar with nectar, that you twist the plastic bottom enough to make a secure connection to avoid spillage. I wasted some on the countertop when I failed to do this properly.

Good to use. Hard to clean
I liked all aspects of this feeder, except one. Good points: It stayed firmly attached to the window. It gave a reasonable view of the birds using it. It wasn't ugly. It didn't have any cute, saccharine images on it. It holds a generous supply of hummingbird nectar. But: the fluid is held in a bottle that has a thumb-sized mouth. It has to be cleaned with a small, small brush and parts of the bottle simply can't be reached easily by such a brush. Since you should clean such a feeder every three or four days, that's lots of standing at the sink, being wet and irritated.

Ventosas no resistentes

Really #
The designer of the suction system had no idea what they were doing. I received the replacement today. I replaced the suction cups with much bigger ones. Worked like a charm. The suction cups being too small is exactly what is wrong with this product.

Suction cups don't stick
I like the idea of having hummingbirds buzzing around my patio. What I hate is how often I hear this thing fall off my window and crash into my deck. I have tried cleaning the window, dampening the suction cups, full, half full, 1/3 full.No matter, if falls all the time.. I'd suggest getting something that hangs and not using one of these that has to stuck to the window....Btw, I live on the 18th floor so when this falls off my window there is a chance it continues off of my deck and right to the bottom. What I will say is that the feeder is tough glass ..it has dropped multiple handfuls of times and is still intact

Doesn't stay up
First one i bought it fell down within 5 mins and smashed everywhere. It was a sticky mess and i was so annoyed as i have small children and now had glass everywhere. I clean my windows before putting this up and even had a bird seed holder similar to this ,already on my window and still holding. The feeder was replaced for me quickly, they wanted the smash one back (whatever). Placed the new one inside, test it. it was good for a week so placed it outside. Had it outside on my clean dry windows, it stayed for about 3 weeks and it dropped again!! BUT didn't smash at least. I wouldn't recommend it . It was nice idea seeing the hummingbirds at first but the suction cups don't hold well .

Doesn’t stick very well
Stuck it to window, two min later top suction cup fell off. Reattached and four minutes later entire thing fell off and smashed. 22$ gone in six minutes, not very good suction cups. Not impressed. I only had it 3/4 way full.
