Great quality, fit, comfort

I love them! Nicely made, good fit and quality; toasty warm. Fabric: Not as stretchy as I hoped, but they are comfortable to move and sit in. Waist: Zip and snap front waist closure with a unique drawstring adjustment if needed. You can adjust the waist fit with the drawstring then don’t have to mess with the drawstring again because you then use the zip fly and waist snap to remove or put on the pants. There’s a little elastic in the back waist but it doesn’t seem functional. Back waist gaps open a bit when sitting as opposed to my other standard type elastic waist pants. I’m not wild about the waist design but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Pockets: Deep, wide, roomy, warm front pockets plus an additional zippered pocket inside the left front pocket. Ankle elastic: Not too tight nor too loose over thick socks and tights. Another brand I tried had too tight ankle elastic, not good for one’s circulation. Exterior fabric: Could be a little thicker. Hope it’s durable. Just got them today. I’m guessing they’ll wash and wear well. I will edit this review if they don’t.

Wasn't expecting these to be as wonderful as they actually are. They fit like a dream and I don't feel like a balloon in them at all. Worth the investment. I'm 5'6 112 lbs, and got the XS Tall.

Great light pants, very warm and comfortable, weatherproof, expensive, but ,hopefully, sustainable! Will keep them!

Arctic warm

Bought these pants for use in the arctic during field work - super packable, high quality, and amazingly warm. Wore wool base layer, these pants as midlayer and waterproof rain pants over and was never cold even in sub-freezing, windy conditions. Highly recommend.

Best winter purchase

One of the best things ever. Purchased for both my wife and me around Xmas and neither of us has really taken them off. Incredibly light, super warm and completely removes the need for long underwear while walking the dog on frigid east coast mornings. I wore them on a beach walk the other day, temp was 12 with 15MpH winds, bringing the the “feels like temp” down to about 0 and my legs were toasty. They don’t look puffy or weird either and even though they’re so warm, you do not overheat while wearing them at home…truly some kind of sorcery.
