The Best We've Used
These are the best elder/adult diapers that we have used. We didn't try many, but this is also the brand that Nursing Facilities Use (I am pretty sure hospitals too). I cannot speak for the absorbance of urine, but bm and water approved. We rarely get her disposable pad or bed wet. Our purchase is now on subscription to save a little bit of money. We go through 2-3 diapers a day (remember no urine) so we go through 80 in about 2 months. My grandmother is not that large at about 130-140 lbs (estimate), we use the XL size. We could use the L, but the XL is more comfortable and durable. Especially when moving her from bed to wheelchair using 2 person assist. It also gives more area for messier days. So if you are uncertain of what size to get, go bigger than you think.

I order these numerous cases at a time. The are on the pricier side but my stepdad who is in a care facility has his diaper changed every two hours. I have tried others but the caregivers prefer these with the tape tabs.

They are super big and easy to get off and on with just the right amount of adhesion on the tabs. Will buy again.

Too small for my mother.
Can't give a fair review, as we had to return these since they were too small for my mother. I'm sure they will fit other people, though.

It’s a little tricky to get the tab to close the diaper.
I don’t like the tab when u close the diaper. It’s quite hard to find it.

Believe the bad reviews
In my search for the most comfortable adult diapers I was willing to ignore the negative reviews and test these for myself. It's true, these are incredibly skimpy - much smaller than the same size in Tena, for example. We used one and my husband threw the whole rest of the package straight into the garbage.
