Why did I wait so long?
I had been trimming by hand with scissors because I was afraid of using a powered trimmer. All the horror stories of painful pulling feelings with my sensitive nose were keeping me away from trying one until I got this one. ZERO pulling. ZERO pain. Trims effectively, quickly. Could be a little quieter I guess, but in the grand scheme of things that's not that important to me. I've had it for several months now and still have no complaints or regrets. I haven't had to change the batteries yet either, so the ones that come with it are good enough to last for quite awhile.

skeptic at first but glad I bought it!
1st I’d like to say I didn’t receive anything for this review. 2nd, I have thick hair and haven’t found a trimmer that lived up to the hype yet… until now. I’m really impressed with this product’s ability to cut hairs and keep the sink clean with its vacuum. It’ll be interesting to see how the product performs over time and I’ll update the review if things go south. But anyway, I’m glad I took a chance with this one!

Easy to use
This was an exact replacement (the old one was at least 8-10 years old and just stopped working. Uses a single AA battery; easy to turn on; relatively quiet motor. Does a very nice job cutting nostril hair; have never experienced any discomfort or pulling as it trims the hair. Have not used it in the shower, but it reads like the whole unit can get wet without any damage. Certainly recommend the unit - it's competitively priced.

Works Very Well
Purchased this product to trim ear and nose hair and it works very well for that purpose. I had one, of this exact same model that I bought from a Brick and Mortar Store but after many years of use it finally died on me, So I bought another one of the same type and model because I liked it a Lot!! It has a vacuum feature that collects all the hair in a little screen area. Very easy to clean and maintain.

Its the one i never thought i needed
I'm 60 years old and have tried numerous nose hair trimmers that either fall apart or don't work properly. This one is the only one I'll ever use again I didn't even know I had nose hairs until I bought this one not only can't you ever notice one I'll never have them again because of this nose trimmer

I’ll be lost without my little friend
I bought this in June 2015 from amazon.uk. The first one was faulty because the connection plate where the battery sit was lose. Which means sometime when I switch it on it works and most of the time it wont. I troubleshoot this thing for so long, after a while I nailed what the problem was. I could have fix it myself because it was relatively easy. I had Phillip NT9110 and the design was floored. I still have it. Because this Panasonic did work couple of times and was amazing when it did. I saw the thought that went into the design. My Phillip NT9110 couldn’t touch this thing. When I bought it in June 2015 it only cost me £17.00 compared to the £35.00 asking price now. I bought it from amazon so I sent it back and ask for a replacement as my confident in this thing was unwavering. I’m writing this review today 14 December 2017. I use it all the time. It’s one of my best investments. If amazon stocks them they probably won’t cost £35.00. Will I be prepared to pay this sort of asking price for it. Yes. I will if I can’t source it cheaper elsewhere. It gets the job done quickly and I can get on with other important things in life. Cleaning it is a breeze. It’s a four piece unit. Hold it by the neck and turn it anti clockwise to remove the three piece unit from the main unit. Hold the top three piece unit again by the next and now turn the bottom piece anti clockwise slightly and pull slightly to disengage this unit. There is a filter and there all the cut hair are trapped. Turn this filter unit upside down on your zinc and tap your zinc lightly two or three times and all the hair will fall off. You can rinse the blade, the housing holding the blade and the filter under the tap all well. For hygiene reasons I always apply a little soap like my hand wash on the blade and it’s housing because this two parts actually touches your body and use a little brush like a trimmer or clipper brush to clean it. Once done I dry both with a towel and leave them to dry naturally. I’m a very hairy bloke and this thing has safe me some serious time. Let me add this very important point. If it is not properly assembled it won’t power up. There is a safe mechanism that shut it down to avoid you injuring yourself or damaging the parts and the product. When assembling it back, always start with the filter and the main unit first. Turn the filter slightly and lock it in place. Then put the blade back in the housing. Now put the shaft back in the bottom of the blade and slightly turn both unit in the opposite direction against each other and you will hear that click that tells you the shaft is now fully engaged with the blade. When dismantling it for the first time like anything, pay attention to how it was assembled. That learning will come back to reward you. So easy to use, clean and maintain. The motor is very powerful. Even the vacuum system is amazing. The cut hair goes nowhere. It’s like a Miele vacuum cleaner. I’ve had one for the past 17years and it’s still going strong. You could tell Panasonic put a lot of thought into this one. I always dismantle mine after every use and thoroughly clean the part. It literally take less that 30seconds to dismantle this thing and less that 30seconds to assemble it back. There are some negative reviews here due to people not using the product correctly. The whole point here is to help this people and also others who might be thinking of trying out this product in the future. I hope this review help someone.

Most romantic wife ever. I didn't know what to buy my lovely husband for Christmas. Most gifts that are well thought out are ungratefully received. I was stumped, then I heard him 'ouch' ing away in the bathroom with his nose hair trimmer, cussing and making a big to do. So I set off on the quest to replace it. His face when he unwrapped it was a little bemused and maybe a touch annoyed. After 2 minutes in the bathroom and no fuss and bother he came out grinning, splatted a kiss on my cheek with a 'best gift ever' comment. Now I'm stumped on what to get him for this coming Christmas...

2 years product experience - Groomer (Power)
I have been using this product over 2 years or maybe more. It works perfectly fine, as it said in the description. However, with this price i would have expect the product last a bit more. After 2 years of using this product I find that the products start to get slow, and not work as powerful as before in spinning. You get a really nice small bag for this product, "cant complain". However the small bag is a dirt magnet, you will easily get on the dirt for this bag. It also come with brush to clear the vacuum, however it is too small i lost it within a week. Overall it is a good product for this price range really expect more. The selling point of this product is the vacuum system, make you easy to clean up "no complain" it works just fine, unlike the one I bought from TK MAX for less than £10.

Much Better Than Expected
I bought a trimmer years ago for the rather embarrassing nasal hair. I used it 3 or 4 times and it pulled horribly which put me off nasal hair trimmers ever since. I saw this and read the reviews and decided to give it a go. Thank god I did. No pulling whatsoever and does a great job. It's surprisingly quiet too if that's important to you. It tickles a little but you're going to get that with any trimmer, I think I'm just not used to using a trimmer that's all. Uses just one AA battery. Very highly recommended, so glad I got this :-)

Good value and does a good job.
After trying cheap devices and finding them wanting I have since invested in what seems to be the two market leaders the Panasonic and Philips Nt9110. I have found that although they are very different designs they both do a good job. The Panasonic feels the more powerful, the vacuum facility is good to have but I imagine the non-vacuum version would be just as good. I find it useful having the two types as there are some instances where one is better than the other, when it comes to eyebrows the Philips has a comb attachment whereas the Panasonic relies on a soft touch approach, but really they are good value and more importantly both work well.
