There Went My Weekend (In A Good Way)
I am an adult that has all of the Lego games and was really looking forward to this one. I am not disappointed! The graphics are fantastic and the gameplay is really good & just challenging enough. I am actually enjoying the dialogue clips from the movies but will say that it is a bit jarring when another voice is used (Pepper Potts being the most obvious). It's great that you get to play actual scenes from the movies (Hulkbuster versus Hulk was too fun!) Team-ups are great too! You can tell that Arthur Parsons and the gang listened to the feedback from the previous game. I will agree with some of the other reviewers that the map (or should I say radar) in the hubs sucks. I have the Prima guide which helps a little bit but it would be better if you could look at an actual map. The only 2 buggy issues I had was in a couple of levels in the beginning I wasn't able to tag my other character but it resolved when I left the level and went back in. The other issue is in certain areas in Manhattan, the pedestrian characters are walking through walls or missing legs. Doesn't affect game play and actually made me chuckle. Overall, I highly recommend this game! it's fun for adults and kids. After 2 days, I am only at 41% complete with the story modes done and working on the missions. I don't think I will get bored anytime soon especially with the additional DLC coming out.

Great gameplay! Just a few glaring issues.
I put this in the ps4 as soon as it arrived. We loved the Marvel Super Heroes lego game and were thrilled that they were making this one - and the trailers looked so good!!! Game play is absolutely fantastic - more of a challenge than the previous game. However, I wish they didn't take the voices direct from the films. My household knows the Marvel films very well, so when Cap and Iron Man are fighting to get into the base, the feel of the game is thrown off when Cap's lines reflect something he says from The First Avenger. That and when everybody's voice is from the movie, but (so far) Pepper and Bucky's aren't? It's glaring and makes the game feel frustrating. I miss the voices from the first game. The map is also very confusing in the open worlds - it's a giant radar and so far we haven't found a way to look at the world as a whole. Makes it very frustrating when doing to move around or find where we're going. Wish that was different as well, though I'm sure we'll eventually get used to it. Some more pros: characters are more useful! Hawkeye can fire a multitude of arrows, including ones that can explode silver object and melt gold ones. Widow (AOU version) can use her batons just like Thor/Storm uses electricity. Coulson can fire off bombs to explode silver objects. There just seems to be better movements all around - and you can combo with your teammate to do combo attacks. There's a reaction command to do special moves against foes. Cons: Map??????, Cap seemed a little more useless - he can't throw his shield unless you aim it now, so he's just got a quick short range. With Mark 43 you don't have separate buttons for repulsor vs lazer. We destroyed every object in the Cap vs Thor vs Iron Man forest battle and still weren't near "True Avenger" - which we like the challenge, but that seems a little ridiculous (though the first level we got True Avenger almost immediately, so it didn't make sense). Cars are harder to control as well. Story is a bit choppy too. You begin with Ultron's opening scene, and then... immediately do the Avengers opening scene? And when you get to Cap in the gym, THAT jumps to a flashback of The First Avenger? I mean, I don't care either way because after the first playthrough it's not like I'm going to go in order again, but for the casual player, that can be confusing.

Best price around for an awesome game!
I have been looking around for a decent price for this game to get for my son's 6th birthday. We have the Lego Super Hero game and played the demo of this and I know it will be a favorite. The best deal I found locally was $55 for used. I found the game on Amazon for $50 brand new and added it to my cart. That price was better than every other local or online option. I logged back into my cart to purchase a few days later and the retail price had now dropped to $40! Shipping was quick and I'm glad to get a great deal on this game my boys will love, thank you!

Not as good as Lego Marvel
My son was so excited to get this game. They both loved the Lego Marvel game so they couldn't wait for this one. It's a fun game, but I have to say, the Lego Marvel game is slightly better in my opinion. This game is still fun, but just not as good as the first. While playing, we found ourselves getting kind of bored with the story mode and couldn't wait until it was time to have free play. The game play seemed more dark, if that makes sense. Like the graphics were darker and not as clear. And we played Lego Marvel on a PS3, lol. I would recommend getting this game of course, but maybe try and catch a discount or wait until the price drops a bit.

I think like most families that purchase the Lego game products for gaming consoles, I purchased this for my 7 year old who loves the Avengers. "Dad Captain America is the Best" as she would say, But to be honest it seems like she didn't take to this one as she did the Marvel Heroes one. I notice her take Marvel Heroes and throw that into the PS4 more often. I've watched her play for a bit on the Avengers one and it seems like this one is a bit tougher for her to get around with. Maybe the driving force of less playability. Like most kids, if she can't interact with it, then the interest is just not a desirable result!

Packaging was substandard and was delivered to the incorrect address, ball work great though
The packaging for an international delivery was well below par and the ball could very easily have been severely damaged in transit. The labelling showed and incorrect address but luckily the person was kind enough to contact me when it was delivered. The ball arrived in okay condition after all and its performance was as I expected.

Was really amazed by this find (as it is difficult to purchase bowling balls within South East Asia) and for its price, the performance is immaculate. Super fast next-day delivery too!
