Thick paper sentence strips!

These are thick paper strips! Nice quality, bright colors, and won’t tear easily. We use these for writing our growing number line on and for making various hats throughout the year. These are big enough to go around a 5 or 6 year olds head with room to spare, even with the curliest haired kiddos!

Great for my classroom!

The sentence strips are thick and great for school use. I use these for sentence building activities and introducing new words to my preschoolers! I laminated them so that they don't get ruined and I can use them the following year. I laminated blank ones as well so that my students can practice writing within the lines for kindergarten readiness. The colors are bright and inviting for the classroom and the kids love using them when I bring them out!

Great Strips

These are made out of regular card stock. Just what I was looking for. They are the width of a 3x5 index card. So, they are pretty large sentence strips. I did not measure how many 3x5 cards would fit on a sentence strip. I will be using mine for poems, made up stories, new words, etc. I would suggest that if you purchase these, to have buy Con-tact paper (clear matte) or Duct brand laminate paper to "laminate" them. The card stock used is not heavy duty. If you want to reuse them, you'll want to laminate them. One side has dotted lines just like primary writing paper. The other side just has a solid line like notebook paper. So, both sides can be used. Which means 100 strips turns into 200 strips. Yay!!! The colors are very vibrant and eye-catching also. Just what I wanted. Achilles Trade is the vendor I purchased them from. Shipping was prompt and the strips were packed well. They were not bent, creased, torn or anything. They arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend these sentence strips.
