Quality Strainer
This strainer is very well made. It's easy to hold on your mixing glass/shaker with one hand, and the detachable spring/strainer makes it easy and quick to clean. It's one of those products that makes you smile. Not only because you are about to enjoy the drink you have just made, but because you are about to enjoy your drink knowing that you've just added quality to your life by buying this strainer. No BS.

Great tool but loose coil requires an alternative strainer for certain drinks
I love this strainer and have used it for 5 years at this point... (How is that for durability!). I am happy to double strain 95% of cocktails with a secondary tea strainer or similar fine mesh. However, I think I am finally moving to the camp that for egg drinks, a fine coil is required for the job . What does that mean? Well, if you are just setting up a home bar, this is a great option! However, if you plan to make a lot of whiskey sours or drinks with egg whites, I think you will be better served by a strainer with a tighter coil. Alternatively, you can also steal the spring from another strainer and double coil onto this one.

Fits most shakers
I already had a cocktail shaker, but no strainer -- was uncertain this would fit, but it's good on both small stirring pitcher and shaker. Well-made, sturdy.

I own several. Its made well and feels good on the cup/glass. Others have a little sharper sides and dont feel comfortable

Almost makes the cocktail for you...
...no not really. This sits on my mixing glass nicely. I like that the handle is not long like othe options...the long handle just gets in the way. The plastic "finger divot" is a ice way to use your pointer finger to hold everyhting in place whilts enaged in straining.

Pricey but high quality item
Because the item is from America, and there being one actually included in the cocktail shaker set I bought, I did cancel this order within hours of ordering, only to be told 'The order was irreversibly active' or similar? A tad annoying to say the least, or 'bull***t' as they say in the US. This is a product review, however, and this strainer is so far superior to the one included with the shaker, that I use this one all the time, and have thrown the other one out. Top notch strainer for your shaken, stirred, muddled, and crushed items. Well worth the relative high price (and shipping from the US).

Perfect for the cocktail enthusiast
Compact, perfect size for Boston shaker, easy to hold. The coil is a bit wider than other pro models (like the Koriko) but it is usually not a problem (and it makes it easier to clean).
