Offers great lightweight support

Offers great lightweight support. I'm especially happy that it is available in a very small size for our daughter, age 7 and only 42 pounds. She is in all-star cheer and tumbles 5-6 days a week. This brace is excellent support for her right ankle that tends to fatigue after long hours at the gym. We have ordered several of theses, and always keep one or two on hand. It tends to loose it's support after 2-3 months, but that is not unexpected with almost daily rigorous use.

Not very happy with this

Not what I was thinking when I got this. On the front it says one size fits all. Not true very very XS.

Good for adult women with small feet!

I was advised to get a lightweight ankle brace for extra support but I wear a size 5 shoe. From shopping in stores and online research, I could tell that most of the ankle braces for adults are too big for me. The youth size fits perfectly, provides good support and doesn't take up extra space in your shoe. I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to other adult women who would otherwise not get a good fit in "one size fits all" braces.

Not for day use

I am an adult woman with a small ankle measuring just 7 1/4" circumference. It fits well. But, it has a seam on the bottom which makes it almost impossible to wear during the day. I wear it at night (despite its not being designed for use while sleeping) to keep my ankle stable and it works super well at night. But I am disappointed because I was looking for something to stabilize the joint during the day and it just causes pressure point sores along the seam.

Great for the skinny kid

My 11 year old daughter is a skinny mini...and she's an avid soccer player. sprained ankles are common here. This was the first child size ankle brace that we found that would fit her properly. Excellent product. Held up well to washing.

Fit my 8 yr olds rt ankle

My 8 yr old has an old ankle injury and we went to pt. Mild swelling and pain with some loss of range of motion. So ice an bra ce it for a week or so. It is much better. This brace was great! And goo to keep it on hand.

Does not fit size promised; used item sent

First, this arrived in an open box with no wrapping and the item was inside out as if it had been used and taken off and no one bothered to even put it right. That aside, supposedly this item fits from a 2 year old to a seven year old, but did not come anywhere close to fitting my extremely tall 5 year old even though she had the "correct" ankle measurement. It was so huge, there were one inch gaps all the way around. Since another reviewer mentioned that it fit their 5 year old with a size 13 shoe, I thought it would be perfect since that's my child's age and size. All I can figure is that here is no standardization in the ma nufacturing and they got lucky while I didn't. Waste of money and time.

I have boney ankles am a ladies size 5 and purchased this for myself so I wouldn't have to wear a bulky wrap at gym. When I put it on it started to rip a little at seam because apparently my foot was too wide. Once on the ankle wasn't tight enough anyway. It did not feel like anything that was being supported anyway so I found a thin reusable wrap which in the end was better.
