Wow
Pain went away after wearing this for 2 weeks. Works great. It does restrict being able to fully squeeze by hand into a fist. But that's expected. It's a good reminder to be careful. Recommended by my Doctor and I'm glad he did.

Orthopedic Doctor
I had tennis elbow release surgery on both elbows years ago. The physical therapist used this brace on me. I took it home and used it everyday in my job as a web developer. This brace saved me from having my elbow revert to its old painfully self. None of the other braces sold have the kind of tight fit that keeps the tendon from "loading" my elbow while I am working. I added a Wacom tablet and pen to my work method and those two things kept me from having to stop working. I was so excited to see this item on Amazon. Very, very happy!

Relief for my tennis elbow [pickleball injury]

I’ve purchased a couple of other brand’s, “tennis elbow” bands prior to finding this one. It works amazingly better as it’s more of a clamp than a band that cuts off circulation. This is comfortable to wear all day and even at night during sleep. It does help with, “tennis elbow” pain tremendously when wearing.

I was so skeptical because the concept seemed too simple. But I wear this thing EVERY DAY. Even to sleep. It has kept my pain at bay. My physical therapist recommended it. So glad she did!

Bingo! This is the one!
I've been struggling with tennis elbow or maybe golfer's elbow for 3+ months in one arm and 3 weeks in the other. I finally went to visit the doctor, because what do you do when you have no good arms left? They hurt on their own, so I had to do something. While at my visit, my doctor asked if I had tried a brace. I explained that I tried a compression sleeve, a sleeve with neoprene and straps above/below the elbow, a brace with a harder pad that is placed over the tendon that has an elastic strap, and one that had a larger strap/pad but no elasticity. I told her none of them worked and all irritated me in one way or another. She pulled up Amazon on her computer and showed me this brace. She had severe tennis elbow two years ago and her PT told her to purchase this particular brace and she said she wore it 24/7 for a couple of weeks and it helped tremendously. So, I figured that I'd try it - nothing to lose! It came today, and I've been wearing it since lunch. It's comfortable and it is cutting down on the pain in my elbow region when my arms are at rest. It doesn't help tremendously when I'm picking heavy items up that require a wider grip, but I'll take what I can get. There are two sides to this brace, and it obviously makes a difference. The only thing I'm not wild about is that the velcro strap is severe (not cushioned or soft) on the sides, and it digs into my arm in the span between the two plastic plates. I put a cotton pad there, and it has solved the problem. I may make a small cotton "sleeve" to wear underneath this brace to prevent that in the future. We'll see. Overall, I'd recommend this brace. It's high quality, and it works. If my doctor used it and it was recommended to her by a physical therapist, then I trust I found the right product. If something less expensive works for you, great... but if not - give this a try - you may be happy that you did! It is not like the others.

Not Refundable!!!
This is an okay product that is not worth the money. I wanted to test it out and was very hopeful, but they didn’t help and now Amazon tells me I can’t send them back!!! Amazon needs to make it more clear if items are not refundable. Total waste, and super frustrating.

Maybe 10x more money....
than the basic ones, but it is so much better. I cannot tell you why it is that much better, but I do feel the difference in less than 2 days between this one and the other one I paid $7~ Give a try, only thing to lose may be just your elbow pain

Better than any other armband I've tried
This was the third armband I tried for 'golfers elbow'. Within two hours of use the swelling in my hand and fingers from previous tension braces was gone and my range of motion improved. Definitely seeing why this brace is used by so many physiotherapists vs all the other typical styles.

Does relief pain
Great quality. This simple design is very efficient. Significantly reduces pain and it’s not too hot has it has a small design. Bought it for my husband who is 6’-3’’ tall with very big muscular forearm. It fit perfectly. We bought a second one has backup because it’s the only size that fits him.
