Great price high quality

Oregon make a good chainsaw chain and Amazon offers it at a good price. Fits my grandsons Stihl perfectly and cuts just as good as a stihl chain.

Good replacement chain for STIHL MS210

Have been using these chains on my stihl ms 210 16" for a few years now .They cut and hold up very well , price is very good , I keep 6-8 on hand so I can change out at first sign of dulling , keeps me from excessive wear on my bar , then I have a chain sharpener that I can sit down one day and sharpen all the chains that are dull.

Very fast cutting, but only for well controlled cutting situations.

Purchased this for my Stihl arborist chainsaw; perfect fit, and it cuts amazing! This is NOT a low kickback chain, so be aware. I use this chain only when cutting it a very controlled situation where there's no need of cutting towards the tip of the bar. In those situation, this chain cuts significantly faster than a low kickback chain. If I can't avoid cutting with the tip, or when I use the say climbing, I switch to a low kickback chain for safety.

If you have some experience these are a MUST have

I have a Stihl MS170 and the available chains from Stihl are only the low-kickback chains (I was told at my local dealer). This Oregon chain is not a low-kickback chain so you need to be careful and have experience, but this chain is wonderful. It lasts many many times longer than the "homeowner" grade chains, it cuts very well and very fast. I will only use these from now on. I was considering to purchase a more expensive saw that would use the more aggressive chisel chains but now that I found these chains the MS170 is a keeper.

Cuts amazing

Put this chain and an Oregon prolite bar model 160spea074 on my Stihl ms180. Cuts far better than stock bar and chain when I first bought the saw.

So after the seller contacted me, I am very pleased. They are offering to supply the correct chain and I keep what was shipped.

Item shipped was not 91VXL saw chain. 91VXL does not have guard plates and has a 1/3 longer cutter length. However, for the price, I just kept it anyway. I should have bought from Toolstorm. Thanks.
