Good quality cake pan!
So far so good. I really like this cake pan. I have used it once to bake a pound cake. Cake cooked well and came out of the pan with ease. My previous cake pan was too small and cake batter spilled over. This pan is very deep and held all the batter with room to spare.

Not a Baker but it made me look like one
My first Bundt pan ever. Absolutely ecstatic with the performance of this pan. Cake came out easy and was a big hit with the Fam. Highly recommended.

GREAT PAN BUT I WISH IT WAS TRULY DISHWASHER SAFE
This is my 2nd of these pans. I make a killer "sour cream marbled pound cake" that requires a bundt pan. Instead of spraying or relying on the non-stick surface, the recipe calls for buttering the pan, then instead of "flouring" the pan, you coat it with a generous layer of sugar. It cools to a crunch coating that's amazing But back to the pan. I always put it in the dishwasher. Parts of the description say it is dishwasher safe; other parts say hand-wash only. I used the dishwasher for maybe half a dozen cakes before I noticed the surface was flaking (near the top of the vent, so we weren't eating it). I decided to buy a new pan and swore to Martha Stewart that I would only hand-wash it. Then I found a little dish brush that's designed specifically for bundt pans. Bought it but haven't used it yet. I'm not convinced that it is sufficiently gentle. I would love to find a more heavy-duty bundt pan and/or one that is genuinely dishwasher safe. In the meantime, 4 stars.

Excellent baking pan
This pan produces the same defined edge bundt caked every time! It bakes and cleans up well. I have two!

Very Nice
I have a cheap bunt pan that I have had for years. I thought that it was time to get a new one. So I saw this one and knew the reputation of the company so I decided to get this one. It is nice and sturdy, and won’t bend, and will bake evenly.

Worked great!
Made very sturdy. Cooked evenly. Easy to clean. Says nonstick, I use bakers spray with flour regardless. Can’t say anything bad about this. Would definitely purchase again.

Great pan true quality.
This is a very sturdy pan and the larger capacity is just what I needed. I bought a Bundt pan from the supermarket it could not compare. This pan will last for many years and cakes to come.

Wow, this pan is awesome!
It’s pretty inside and out, works beautifully, and was a great price. There are very slight imperfections in the inside coating but that doesn’t affect function. The cakes I’ve made pop out perfectly and cleaning the pan is simple. I’m so impressed with Nordicware products. ????

Party size. Well-made. Easy to get perfect unmoulding. Useful handles. Manufacturer demo/tips.
This tin produces a tall cake with a "tight" footprint, and large (tall) slices that almost entirely fill a side plate. It's party size or for a large family. It would've easily produced 16 slices, not sure as some people cut themselves a dainty wedge, others a doorstop! Unfortunately the slices had far more sponge compared to the icing, an obvious thing I should've anticipated when I was nearly doubling my batter recipe but making only the same amount of buttercream as for a conventional sandwich cake. In a couple of places where not much icing had run down over the sponge, the proportions of sponge to icing was very noticeable. I also bought Nordic Ware's small version of this, ASIN B0000DE2UZ, for a small family, whose sponge to buttercream proportions feel just right. This Nordic Ware bundt tin is extremely expensive, only worth it if you use it a lot. It's well-made and sturdy, just what you expect from this brand. I've tried much cheaper bundt tins but cheap ones have less well defined ridges - is there any point having a pattern if you can barely see it? Cheap bundt tins don't seem to have such good quality non-stick whereas Nordic Ware pans give me 100% success, with no need for tools or to tap the base of the pan, just that satisfying "thud" sound/feel as it drops out of the pan - that ease of unmoulding is what you're really paying for. If there's a knack to perfect unmoulding, it's simply to grease/flour/cocoa powder extremely liberally every millimetre of the tin interior ("non-stick" is a misleading marketing term used by manufacturers). It takes forever to prep but the more complicated the tin's pattern the harder it can be to get the cake out so it's worth it. For my first attempt with this tin, I used a 6-egg cake batter. 170 degrees fan oven for 55 minutes (I preheat to 10 degrees hotter to compensate for the drop in temperature when I open the door; set timer to 50 mins for a visual check; do skewer check at 55 mins). Removed from oven and left for 10 minutes in the tin. Unmoulded onto a cooling rack. Due to its size, the sponge needs to be left to cool longer than normal before icing it. Minimal decoration's a good idea, to show off the bundt's attractive pattern. I love the handles - they help when manoeuvring the tin as it's heavy, and when turning it over to let the cake out. The tin is quite attractive, so I keep it on a wall hook on display in the kitchen. See YouTube "How to prepare your NordicWare Bundt pans for use" for the manufacturer's 10-minute demo on this specific pan, with instructions for preparing the tin, baking your cake, tin care, and tips on how to get the best results e.g. rolling the batter.

Quality heavyweight tin - see my tips below
Fantastic and easy to release a cake - if you follow some tips. The pan itself has a nice pattern but isn’t too complicated so more reliable without the risk of breaking or leaving half in the tin. The pan itself is thick and comes with instructions on how to care for it. Eg handwash and use soft sponges and silicone spatula. Tips to stop cake sticking: 1.don’t grease the tin until you’ve made the cake batter. 2. Grease with either lard or butter or marj ( a solid fat) use fingers to get in every nook and cranny. 3. Coat the fat with a light dusting of flour or cocoa powder (or breadcrumbs) 4. Pour in the cake batter carefully and level When cooked and the skewer runs clear 1. Leave the cake tin on a cooling rack for 5 minutes - with the tin the way up it went in the oven 2. Carefully poke the edges with silicone spatula 3. Put the wire rack over the top of the tin and turn over. Leaving in the tin for a further 5 minutes 4. Then release your cake (mine just fall out themselves) 5. Worst case; if they’re stuck put the tin on a steaming water tea-towel in the sink or put the cake in the freezer for a few minutes

Beautiful Bundt Pan
I have gone through a couple of bundt pans and this one is by far the best one I've ever used. It is beautiful, feels heavy duty and professional. The cake doesn't stick to the pan and it bakes evenly! It was a bit more money that I wanted to spend but in the end, it is worth it. I usually don't bake in a bundt cake because I am afraid of losing half the cake to the sticking of the pan or not baking evenly. But this pan makes it so easy! I have used it four times already since I purchased it which is more than ever since getting into baking! Love this pan!! It is worth every penny purchased!
