Good quality except..
Good quality pan. The only complaint I have may have been my own doing but I did not expect it to scratch so easily. I made a very moist apple bread so it did not want to come out of the pan just by turning over so I decided to cut slices right in the pan. I did not cut super hard but it left fairly deep scratches in the pan. I've used it since making as moist banana bread and it turned out of the pan nicely. Just watch what utensils you use on the pan.

Good quality
I don't like nonstick baking pans and, while there are not many non-nonstick pans to choose from, it was still difficult to choose, at least from a picture and description. I am very happy with the quality of this bread pan and look forward to using it.

Bakes Banana Bread Perfectly!
Love this pan! It is high quality and quite sturdy. The shiny aluminum sides and bottom brown my banana bread to perfection. Before pouring in the batter, I sprayed the pan with canola oil. After cooling, the bread was very easy to remove. I bought one pan to try and soon purchased a second. Can hardly wait to bake a loaf of white bread. Note: The directions recommend hand-washing the pans.

I love that the loaf of bread just fell right out. It was very easy to clean too. I really can't wait to use it more often!

Love the pan!!
I have been using these pans for about a month. We make sandwich and sourdough bread weekly. I had only one large and two small bread pans previously, and knew that ordering more would help the speed up the process of making our weekly five loaves. I ordered two of these pans. I was a little nervous because some reviews mentioned that they didnt like the rolled edge. But when I checked my other pans, they had the same design and I've never had any problems with them. So far, I love the quality! I love the ease of cleaning! And they make a very nice and light crust, unlike the nonstick pan I have which always seems to make (toast-like) crunchy crust. If you have trouble with the bread sticking to the sides, just remember to leave the loaf on its side when you take it out of the oven, it will release from the upper side and slide out easily. The only issue I am having is the size of the loaf. It will make a massive sandwich! You also cannot fit two peices of bread next to each other in a long slot toaster. Nor will it fit in a typical sandwich container. We work from home, so it's really not a deal breaker for me. But I may have to start eating half sandwiches if I want to keep my figure! ;)

Best Bread Pan Ever
Since I first begin learning how to make bread a few years ago for the first time I am absolutely ecstatic about my bread pans. My glass Pyrex pans caused damp bread bottoms. My bread often stuck to the non-stick anodized (Teflon) pans and regardless of whether light or dark coated, I couldn't get consistent baking results. My one and only, and exceptionally old and thin, aluminum pan produced the best results. But I could make only one bread at a time -- and only a small 1 pound loaf. (Dimensions state 22x11x6 cm which is about 7 2/3 x 4 1/3 x 3 1/3 in.) And for what it's worth, the only complaint I have is that this pan is mislabeled. It makes 2 pound loafs! Because what I am making may have a factor in my pleasure with this product I will share that as well: I mostly make sourdough breads. I knead and do the first 2 rises in a bread machine. My preference is to make the dough for the 2 pound loaf which means I then split the dough into 2 parts and continue for 2 one pound loafs. I have a commercial oven which has a convection mode and it still bakes hotter on the left side than the right side even though it's less than 6 years old and has been repeatedly serviced. Having said that, here's how I get great results every time and it only works with these pans. I begin with a very thin coating of Wilton's cake release, spread with a $1 1/2" natural paint brush kept for just this purpose. Important: a very small amount goes a VERY long way. I put my dough in the pan, cover and let rise. For sourdough, 2 pound bread, I bake at 400° F for about 30 minutes. Half way through, I rotate the pan 180° and lightly tent with foil, dull side exposed. Perfectly even baking every time and cleanup is a breeze. Update: do NOT put in your dishwasher! It came out gray stained and ugly. It still works fine, but the finish came off in places. Fortunately only one went in the dishwasher.

Good quality
I initially bought this at Bed Bath and Beyond for $20 two years ago. It did not disappoint! I recently bought it for my sister off Amazon and even though it's now $32, I would purchase it again. It's durable, non toxic and cooks evenly. I prefer this size (1.5l) over the 1l size.

Perfect!
I have been baking for the past two years for myself and my husband (fitness trainer) our bread, cakes, cookies, using other pans. I wanted to buy a good quality pan so we could continue eating healthy. For the past couple of weeks, I have been using this pan and it works great. Everything cooks evenly and pops out easily. Cleaning is just as great. As a "neat freak", I love its shiny look. :) I have also purchased the Nordic Ware half sheet and love it as well.

Wonderful Pans
They are good weight and I love that they don’t rust. Just don’t put them in the dishwasher.
