Best purchase ever

Bought these for the NYT sheetpan feta cheese brocollini tomatoes onion recipe I live off of 3x a week. Absolutely love these. They look like they will be hard to clean after use but so easy! Threw out my non stick sheet pans immediately and I’ll never go back! Hand wash, don’t put in dishwasher and use soft sponge to clean.

Great set

I like that these are bright and shiny. I often use them as trays to cart foods up and down the stairs or as servings pieces in my modern house. I will probably get another set.

Excellent pans, don't warp and easy to clean

These are great all purpose baking sheets. We have used for all sorts of things from cookies to pretzels to sheet pan meals. They are easy to clean but I also purchased some silicone mats recently which keeps them clean. Best part is they don't warp at high temperatures like my old pans did.

Very sturdy

Heavy but work well, not dishwasher safe

Great for prepping and sturdy. Do not wash in dishwasher - they will discolor and look awful.

Large pan is scratched

These are very nice pans, they are heavy duty and have a nice finish. Only issue I have is the largest pan on the first order I received had large scratches on the pan. I returned this set, noted the scratches and asked to be sent a replacement set, no problems there. The replacement set I received has scratches in the largest pan as well. Disappointing for such a nice looking set.

Long term Investment

Bought this aluminum tray, as I have fed up with those cheap none stick baking tray which only lasts few months. This Nordic trays set is slightly pricy, but it is very robust, it doesn't seem to twist when in contact with high heat. And it has no problem by scrabbing it although it does leave a mark. So I would say for long-term investment, it is worth it. I was quite worried about the bigger tray could not fit in my oven when I order it, as some buyer has commented about the size have a discrepancy with its description. but it came out just fix in my over. so do check your oven size before you click the button to avoid disappointment. Because it does take a wee while to arrived.

Quality aluminium bakes best

Nordic ware bakers sheets are the best baking sheet i have come across. I was on YouTube when i saw a video America's test kitchen reviews on Nordic ware bakers half sheet. I to search for it on Google and found it on Amazon UK, initially the shipping put me off a bit. After watching the review again i decided not buy those cheap ones i've wasted my money on, case closed. I went ahead and ordered the Nordic ware bakers sheets and am very happy i did, quick delivery and very easy to clean, easy to store away, very robust trays. My baked products are beautifully baked through and very appetizing now. Try them, you won't regret investing in them.

Durable and quality baking sheets although it's expensive.

Lasts longer than Wilton or other affordable options. I've saved up to purchase the 3-Piece Baker's Set to invest in a quality item that will last, after using less expensive and affordable options for my baking. There must be a reason why it's a staple item for bakers alongside brands like Chicago Metallic and Fat Daddios.

Loving these pans for cooking and cleanability

This set of pans gets used every day now. They are easy to wash super clean. Much better than pans covered in gold or a non stick finish........those got thrown out as I could never get them clean. They work great for crisping up sweet potato fries to roasted vegetables to warming up bagels..... Love 'em!!!
