Great volume, but too drying
I had high hopes for this shampoo and conditioner. After using, my hair was soft and after drying it looked like a giant dry haystack. Dryed my hair out too much. I need to add moisturizer to tame it and style it.

One of the Best!
This shampoo has performed better than expected. Love the peppermint oil scent and how it thoroughly cleans your hair making hair feel thicker and stronger.

I still have my hair.
I've been using Nioxin shampoo and conditioner for about 8 years now. I've tried several different levels for both coarse hair and medium hair to chemically treated hair and haven't noticed much of a difference between the levels besides the scent. My father and siblings are balding and I was worried that I was going to start thinning as I entered my early twenties. I'm in my thirties now and I still have a full head of hair but I can't be sure it was from using this product. At this point I don't want to stop and find out so I'll stick with the Nioxin brand until it's no longer available.

Nioxin Cleanser, System 6
As a Critical Care nurse there are a certain amount of risks, such as getting blood splashed on your face and catching Hepatitis C from a patient. When they said they were going to treat me with Interferon and that it could cause hair loss I decided to do everything I could to help prevent it. One of which was using this shampoo etc. It helped a lot, can I just say that again, it helped a lot! Hair loss was minimal and my hair loves it the System 6. It's been almost 5 years since I was cured and i'm still using it. If you're concerned about hair loss, this is the shampoo system for you. I'm never going to switch.

Great shampoo
If you like Nioxin shampoo then buying this size of the product is for you. Nioxin is great for thinning hair - keeps hair healthy and in good condition. This is the only shampoo that noticeably helped my scalp and hair since having chemotherapy. Make sure you use Nioxin for at least a month or two, then you should really see and feel a difference.

Shipping sucked and I lost 1/4 of the shampoo due to spillage
I love Nioxin but it arrived today in a plastic bag and it was spilled everywhere. The bottle wasn’t sealed and I lost a good portion of the shampoo before I even opened the bag it came sealed In. They should find a way to ship it without losing half of the product by spillage
