New faucet looks great but watch out for the customer service and warranty
The new Newport Brass faucet looks great. It was an exact replacement for an older faucet that malfunctioned after 10 years. The manufacturer would not stand by their product and i was forced to by a whole new faucet even though it was just a cartridge in the hot water supply. I would recommend a Kohler faucet if you have a choice as they always stand by their limited lifetime warranty

All usa parts but also a usa warranty below expectations
I ordered thousands of dollars worth of this brand to renovate a condo and boy once you have an issue with the knobs not turning correctly they are up in arms and do anything other than send you the parts you need. They had me consult with a plumber and pay him and than didn’t do as he asked. The changes in the behavior of their customer service is shocking. It used to be flawless. Don’t go by the old reputation. It’s way too much work to be worth the bother. From now on I’ll buy lower priced items and replace myself often. It’s easier and ends up looking nicer in the end . The endless repairs do a real job on the finish if they aren’t already changed from other factors the company denies.

So far so good
Bought and installed this about 1.5 years ago. So far no leaks, drips or errors. Only time will tell if this holds up. It looks great and shines up beautifully. UPDATE: 11.01.16 Still works,... no drips but the cold handle, which is used the most, has been squeaking for some time now when turned. Not loud but noticeable.

Terrible company
The product is poor quality and they don't honor their warranty. Their products are very expensive, but if you want something that looks good and is backed by a superb warranty then go with Kohler, Moen or Delta. Never again with Newport Brass!

Made in America with Brass Fittings. So much better than other brands
All the Koehlers in my new home leaked and we had to replace them. They are now made in China. Newport Brass still made in America and since the fittings are still brass (not plastic like Koehler) they are working very nicely. Expensive but very nice stuff.

Poor quality, poor customer service, not honoring warranty
We purchased our kitchen and bathroom fixtures from Newport Brass. The salesperson strongly suggested to us to select PVD finish. While it is more expensive, there is a lifetime warranty on the finishes since our residence is near the beach. We followed the care instruction provided. The finish has worn out thus we reached out to Newport Brass customer service. At first, they said that ours were not PVD finish. Luckily, we retained records of our salesperson's recommendation and that he had ordered the PVD finish for us. Once we provided the proof that we had ordered PVD finish, they said that the only reason for the issue is that we did not follow their care instruction. There are different level of finish worn out on our Newport Brass fixtures. Some with very little worn out and some with medium level of wear out and some more severe. The low to medium level of wear out are in the master bath with the most usage. The severe ones are in our guest bath which was not used very frequently. None of the fixtures we bought from Kohler exhibits any issue. We don't recommend using Newport Brass products due to the poor customer service and for not honoring their warranty.

Customer Service A Pain
I bought high-line Newport fixtures for my home after a remodel. Spent like $400 per faucet (oil rubbed bronze) to get the lifetime warranty. After 8 years, called them to get a couple aerators to replace corroded ones. Also, my $250 NB Speakman shower heads had corroded so bad they wouldn't change spray patterns. (No, we don't run sea water in our pipes. Just softened water. NOWHERE during the remodel did I see ANY corrosion on pipe sections I removed during plumbing installs.) It took over 2 months and three phone calls and a few e-mails to get the replacement items. My "case" had to go before the "review board." (Huh?) My sink drain finish started coming off and they wanted over $100 to replace those. Nice finish warranty (NOT!). Pay less and get better customer service elsewhere. Avoid Newport Brass!

Besutiful fit and finish. These use Grohe valves that have a lifetime warranty.
