So Far, So Great
I recieved and attached this today. I bought it with the intended purpose to contain my 1litre nesting bottle. The pack is different from the pouch. So the shade of gray is slightly different. It attached fairly easy. I am happy with fit and placement. I dont have practical use yet. So far very happy.

Good quality, excellent value
I hike through the desert southwest, and I wanted to have a way to carry extra hydration beyond the 3L bladder in my backpack. I searched through the listings on Amazon, and came across several PALS/MOLLE-compatible bottle holders that might fit my needs. Based on sizes and reviews, most of these seemed to be very similar, and this item cost less than half of the others. So, I bought one to try it out, figuring that if it performs poorly for my needs, it might be something I can repurpose for a different use, before moving on to more expensive options. No need. The bottle was super easy to get installed on my backpack, and holds the water bottles I already own (Polar 24 oz insulated bottles, designed/intended for cycling). The outside pouch, something that was not present on some of the other products, is perfectly sized to hold a couple of packets of electrolyte drink powders as well as a couple of small snacks, and still have a bit of room. It worked very well for what I needed, and so I bought a second one. They fit my water bottles fine, albeit it's a tight fit owing to how tall the bottles are—10.5" tall, and a scant 2.95" in diameter. A bottle more squat than this will fit beautifully. Overall, for the price these are really good bottle carriers, and work perfectly for what I needed.

Solid and Well Made.
I bought two for camping. They are solid, well sown, and lough. I actually turned one of them into a "man-purse" because it damn well don't look like a purse and no one will ever refer to it as one with all the molle points and tough looking material. People that see it really have no idea what it is supposed to hold - so they ignore it completely (as many do when they encounter something out of their experience.) I like mine - as camp stove and fuel carriers and as an anti-man-purse when out in shorts walking or running to the store. An LCP, LCR, or P3AT fits perfect in the square front zipper pouch for immediate and easy access. The only thing I don't like is the top zipper on the round compartment gets finicky at times - even with a ChapStick lube.

Great bang for the buck.
I bought this pouch and the Condor version around the same time. The Condor for my Klean Canteen and Sawyer water filter system and this one for my Stanley boiling pot and stove. When I saw VISM was by NcStar I didn't expect much but this pouch would never be carried on the belt jut to store my cook ware. Turns out VISM is the more durable division of NcStar and this pouch is very comparable to the Condor pouch and comes with a shoulder strap, Condor doesn't. Overall very happy with this pouch and would by again.

It's fine..
For 1/2 day walks on the beach, this works for me: it's roomy enough for a water bottle, a nesting cup (for me) and folding silicone cup for my dog. For serious hikers/backpackers though? I dunno: kind of skinny webbing on the shoulder strap, plastic hooks ..... doesn't impress me as something that would stand up to real heavy useage but for light, urban useage? It's fine ... and the price is certainly right.

I may need to order a third one. Mine keep getting confiscated.
I bought it to go on my vest for camping. My son saw it and wanted one, so I ordered a second one. He loves it because it has that big pocket in front so he can put rocks and such, as well as carry his own water using the strap. While I've used it on my vest, mine usually gets commandeered by one of his friends when we're hiking/camping so they can carry water and other stuff. They're pleased so I'm pleased, though I may have to try a third time to get one that's mine and can stay on the vest :-)

Does what it says it does.
These seem sturdy enough. They do fit the Nalgene style 32 ounce bottles. They are a little "floopy" when hooked to the MOLLE on our packs, but they add a lot of external storage to our packs, which is nice. We have not used the included shoulder straps, since we really didn't need them - but they are handy to have in case we want to disconnect the bottle from our packs and carry the water with us. We have not really put these through any ruggedness tests at this time.

Great for daily use
Sturdy, insulated (pleasant surprise there) and good looking. The little side pouch is big enough for a snack bar and a couple packs of gum, and has a small mesh pouch with an elastic top to hold small items (keys or Zippo, maybe purification tablets). The zippers are beefy, easy and snag-free. I've attached mine to my backpack with the molle straps, so I don't know how comfy the shoulder strap is/isn't but personally I'm guessing anything with a 1" strap isn't great for all-day use.
