Love

I love the look of this bedside table and it was really easy to assemble. However, I initially thought my table arrived with no handles but later realized the handles were screwed into the table inside the drawers. I had to unscrew them and screw them back in on the outside. It was easy to do but no where was this said in the instructions.

Great Seller

I don't love writing reviews (this might be my first ever on amazon after many years and purchases), but seller was fantastic working with us to resolve some minor defects - a chipped corner and spots on a drawer. The chipping was quite small and easy to touch up. Decided to keep the Nathan James Nightstand because honestly, you can't see the defects unless you go looking for them. I didn't come by this lightly as I have OCD and need things to be perfect, but it was a solid and well-made piece otherwise. Drawers function well. Color is accurate to image; a nice light acorn, think West Elm. Really appreciated how responsive Melanie was, she understood our disappointment and reached out to secure satisfaction and answer all questions. It's sweet that they sign their emails with Customer Happiness. I would purchase from them again.

A little banged up in transit but absolutely in love

Easiest things to assemble in weeks — I just moved to a new place. The black and warm wood with brass handles is exactly what I’ve been looking for and they didn’t cost $200 like most I’ve seen. Some edges got small dents/scrapes (the delivery man wasn’t that gentle, I saw him plop them on my stoop lol). They also don’t look as clearly nightstand/bedroom as others, so they could make great end tables in other spaces, too. I got both for $89.99 and pounced on the deal!

Great if you are in a hurry

We were in a hurry to get furniture delivered before guests arrived. These nightstands came fairly quickly. However, if I was not in a hurry, I would have found something of better quality. I would not want these in my primary bedroom.

Very cute but a lot of imperfections

Absolutely love it, I love the way it looks, it took 5 minutes to put together and is quite sturdy. However, there a lot of small imperfections within the piece. The metal frame bordering the drawers is covered in nicks and scrapes. The edges of the tabletop are poorly finished- they look like someone didn't stain all the way to the edge or took a sanding block to it until they got to a raw wood colour. On the front, there's a wavy line on the metal border from the stain on the left side.... the right side of the piece has a straight line... why doesn't the left side. Also, the drawers are only two inches high, and shallower than I expected, which is inconvenient as that is hardly any room. All in all, it's a good piece, but all the little details that weren't done properly stick out to me like a sore thumb and irk me. On a final note, they were listed as $155 (CAD) and were out of stock on Amazon. I emailed the company to ask when they would be back in stock on Amazon as I was wanting this specific piece. They told me to check wayfair (where they are listed as over $300). So that was a no. I checked Amazon a few days later and they were back in stock, but were now $175. I really wanted this piece so I said oh well, what's another $20 (a little irritating though as they were listed for cheaper a week earlier). Overall decent and I love the way it looks as a whole, but I don't think the price tag suits it.

Looks great and easy assembly!

We bought two of these nightstands several days ago, and couldn’t be happier. Quality seems to be decent for the price, and they look great in the bedroom. Very confused about the reviews stating it takes 3+ hours to assemble. It comes with 7 screws and can be figured out without a manual. It took approximately 10 minutes to put together each. There was a minor issue with one of the drawer handle screws not sliding through, but this was easily fixed with a hand drill.

Nice but beware of the warehouse deals

Really nice table and great addition to my spare bedroom. The only negative side I have to say is that I had a better price since it came from the warehouse. I was reading reviews that usually it is the box that is damaged and not the product and that’s why I bought the item since it was out of stock. I was really disappointed since there was few obvious scratches and had no screws or nobs that came with the two drawers. Not sure if I was unlucky or it is the usual when you buy from the warehouse but I will definitely be more vigilant next time. Since it was out of stock, we decided to hide the scratches and keep the item.

Lovely, sturdy, and chic!

Lovely and easy to assemble! One screw wouldn't fit on one of the two nightstands, but that did not compromise the overall sturdiness as they're well designed. Not sure about the reviews that say it took two hours to put together. There's literally 6 screws per table (5 for the legs, 1 for the pull) and that's it. Everything was carefully packaged. I loved them.

All-brown wood model is great quality/easy to assemble

Arrived so fast, and very easy to assemble! In the all-brown wood model, all I had to do was screw on the legs! I bought two and they look great next to my couch. It's definitely more than I would usually spend, but I couldn't find anything I liked as much as this for cheap so I'm happy with my purchase! Doesn't feel cheap at all, and I'm pretty sure comes with a lifetime warranty!
