I started with this rest and have them for back ups

These work great when starting out or using a recurve, I used them for a few years so I believe in the product. But I'll be the first to say that bowfishing is very hard on your equipment, so they break, it happens. Luckily they are small enough and cheap enough to keep an extra in your boat box, very easy and quick to replace.

It does what it's supposed to. Never think about it unless a new guy shoots with the slide in the back then you might want to order a new one, but that's user error as we like to say. I've bought a couple of them for loaner bows

good for price. Takes a minute to line up and the hook part will move forward and backward easily even after tighted. I recommend this if you're in need for a rest with a low budget for the time being.

Nice rest of bowfishing - just wish it came with instructions

I know it's not rocket science to install a rest like this, but as a first-timer, I would have appreciate SOME sort of instructions. There were literally none, either on the packaging or in the box. That said, it's a nice and simple rest that should do the job well for bowfishing.

Very good rest

I like the idea of this rest alot, arrow fits very nicely in the groove and shoots straight. (as long as you keep your finger on top of the arrow when drawing your bow) I would have given 5 stars if it was made out of metal instead of plastic. Overall high quality rest, for a great price.

Great but missing parts

I have one of these on my other bowfishing bow set up... Works great but doesn’t come the mounting hardware, is the second one I’ve gotten that didn’t some with the screws that is in the picture and came with my first one..

I LOVE this rest

I LOVE this rest!!! Shooting fish is fast action, and ocasionally there may also be beer involved...whisker biscuits slow it down and roller rests lose the arrow way too easy when your trying to hit a fish. No matter how much you tilt, spin or jump around, the arrows stays right where you need it when it's time to sling the arrow. I just bought my husband one for Father's Day and he can't wait to use it. Fish on!!!

Essential rest for bowfishing

Wouldve given it more stars if the bracket that mounts to the riser of a bow was thinner, but it does hold a fishing arrow very well even at steep angles.

1 screw design is not great, need to be super tight to not move, but overall it is doing the job.
