You can take it anywhere!
I initially bought this in lieu of a changing table for my kiddo because I could fold it up and take it anywhere. While I have used it for that purpose, I also lay my kiddo in it when I’m doing chores around the house and I don’t want to leave them in their crib. We’ve taken it to the in-laws house during family gatherings so kiddo can nap while we eat or socialize. When the weather gets a bit better, I plan to use it when we go on picnics or to the park. Kiddo loves sleeping in it. I wish there was a cover/shade for it to keep the sun out of kiddo’s eyes. I also wish the bottom was more sturdy. It comes with a piece of cardboard in the bottom as a part of the packaging. In hindsight, I would have kept the cardboard to make the base a bit more sturdy. It’s also difficult to open and close with one hand. If you have a kiddo, you know that you rarely have both hands at your disposal. This requires you to simultaneously push two buttons on either side to open and close it. If you have someone to help or if you can our kiddo down, it’s no problem, but doing it with your hands full isn’t possible. Overall, I love it and I’ll likely continue to use it for years to come.

Fantastic for Traveling!
I took a 2 weeks road trip with my 2½month old, stayed at 10 different hotels and two homes during my travels. My LO slept GREAT! She is usually an 8 hour straight sleeper, and that didn't change even though we traveled over a thousand miles from home. I bought a pack of Walmart bassinet sheets and they worked OK with this, however I'd probably buy from the seller additional sheets I'd they have them available. (The "standard" bassinet sheets are a little large, but worked fine for me) I would like to contradict a few other reviews saying you can lift and Cary your baby while they are in this bassinet. You should NOT. This is like tent material, and I would not trust it with my 15 pounder. That brings us to size. My LO is 24" and 15lbs, and she has a few inches above and below her to move. She is also abwiggler and would scoot to the mesh every night (she does this at home so it's not the size doing this) I slept calmly knowing she would be okay in this. I kept it on the same bed as me and made sure there were no blankets or pillows that would restrict air. I recommend this if you're looking to travel with a baby!

Great purchase!
This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s very functional. A little bit hard to fold but once you get the hang of it, it’s so easy to store anywhere. You can take out the sleeping mat and wash the cover that goes over it. You can use the Velcro pieces on the bottom to make sure it doesn’t slide around on carpet. I am worried baby will outgrow this soon though. Only 2.5 months and 12 pounds. She’s a bit taller than average and almost touching the top and bottom of this.

Loved it
We use it in our king-sized bed as a co-sleeper. The mattress is a little difficult to straighten out if you use a different fitted sheet, but usually works fine for us. I love that it allows both my husband and me to reach for the baby rather than only me with a bassinet by our bed. The best part was that because our little one slept in it at home, when we traveled while she was less than a month old, she would fall asleep just like at home: it all looked the same to her. We chose two queen beds in the hotels, so I had her in my bed with me while my husband had his own, it would have been too tight otherwise. I will follow the manufacturer’s recommendation and stop using it once she hits three months, but we have another couple of trips planned until then. I understand why you wouldn’t want to use it with a child being able to roll, especially in your bed. But for a newborn, it was perfect (for us).

Good enough as a spare
I purchased this travel bassinet as a spare to keep in the living room, to minimize the amount of distance I would need to cover from where baby randomly falls asleep, to the nursery. Great if you want to remain in the living room/kitchen/wherever but want to sleep-train your infant for the "real" bassinet. My only complaint is that there is a quarter inch gap between the pad and mesh walls, which hasn't been an issue for me personally, but I know some peeps might not like that. I recommend getting a mink cover for the cold, crinkly pad. My infant won't sleep on the bare pad.

Anxious to use it :)
Well I haven't been able to use the Brica yet. Waiting for baby girl to make her debut (October 3rd) I got this as a gift for a friend who was expecting 1 month before me. She was so surprised and so happy to see it at her door step, one day after work. I got myself one as well since we had heard great things about it and the reviews seemed favourable. I was a little disappointed at how 'flimsy' it feels but then again it's not like you're gonna be carrying baby around in it all day, it's more for naps and travel. The mattress is not super soft or thick, but i think babies prefer a bit of a firmer mattress. Love the colours and the fact that it's portable was the BIGGEST thing for us. We're gonna be traveling to Oklahoma this Christmas ( we live in Ontario, Canada) and that's really one of the major reasons we got it. didn't want to lug around a huge play yard or a moses basket that doesn't fold or store compactly at all. We're already gonna be bringing tons of stuff and the compactness of the Brica is such a bonus. It's a great price and we don't have anything like this available in Canada so we were excited to be one of the few people in Canada to own one and know what it is ha. Also gonna be great for going to grandma's for the occasional sleep over or just a nap during a visit. It's really compact, about the size of a laptop bag when closed, maybe a little bigger. Super thin and easy to fold. Just waiting to use it with baby and will return with a more accurate review :)

My daughter finally got here
I had something similar to this when I had my son 8 years ago.I opened the package and I love it. It got here quickly and was bigger than I expected the pricing was great. Downside is it was not very firm at the base where you lay the baby.
