No more springs. Changing the roll was like trying to catch the spring before it hit the floor, hahaha. This one works great and so easy as you can see in photos

Stable, great operation, easy install, looks great

This installed very easily with the included template and the installation method is very sturdy. Just blindly trusting the template resulted in buttery smooth operation of the lifting and fastening. Looks as advertised, easy to recommend.

Love not having the sping cylinder fly

I love not having to break a finger nail trying to get the old fashioned cylinder out or having it fly across the bathroom, breaking apart and not finding the sping. I've actually hit my dog laying on the bathmat with it. Incredibly easy to install, you do need to drill holes, but there is a 'pattern' right on the instruction paper that you scotch tape to where you want it. Drill right through the paper. I installed it on my wooden vanity, so I didn't need the ankers. Took maybe 15 minutes to install. Simple! Beautiful, an easy upgrade to your bathroom without breaking the bank. And it fits Charmin big rolls from Costco with no problems.

Great design makes it easy to change toilet rolls

Highly recommended. Pivoting handle makes changing toilet rolls a breeze. And nice looking too.

Comes undone

It’s so much easier to replace toilet paper rolls with the pivot. This is a sharp contemporary look. It sometimes unpivots with use. Children might break it, will not stand up well to rough use.

Classy and Functional

This toilet paper holder is classy and easy to install. The bar flips up so you can change the roll. Using the included template, installing is a breeze. My only con with this is when the roll gets close to the end, you have to hold the bar down with one hand while tearing the paper with the other or the bar comes up. Other than that, these add class and style to our bathrooms. Bought three of them!!

That template

Looks great, but the there are 2 templates that come with the kit, and they are different, only 1 works so make sure to use the right one, which isn't really correct but it works. It should be slightly closer together...maybe 1/8th inch. Picky, but Moen is supposed to be the best.

You’re missing out if you don’t have one of these!

If you haven’t seen the lift-up mechanism in person you’re missing out, I know it sounds crazy to be excited about a toilet paper holder but I tell you it’s worth every penny when everyone now changes the roll when it’s done. Not kidding! I changed all the toilet paper holders in the house to this brand that flips up. This is the nicest style (imo), but was sold only in a large set at Home Depot, but on Amazon here I can buy it alone, for less than the other ones I bought which were same brand just different style.
