Moen 6401 Belfield Two-Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet, Chrome

Beautiful, sturdy, instantly improves the appearance of the whole bathroom. This is quality-made stuff. Very appealing to the eyes and the wife didn't even ask the price. I thought it was a bit pricey at a little under $250 each. I bought 3 and would buy two more for my kids' bathroom if it was a little cheaper or on sale. I know that the aerator will go in about 2-3 years, so for the price, they could have included a spare (value $10-15) with the faucet and the plastic aerator wrench. This would take my review to perfect and no questions. The handles are so easy to open and close, you can do it with a fingertip so as not to leave any smudge marks. Installation was easy and simple and anyone can do it. Comes with the drain outlet but I didn't use it this time - maybe later. Be careful when attaching the hoses as they can be a little difficult to get the correct alignment with your back on the floor.

Prettier in person than online

This sink fixture (we bought the bronze one) is really pretty in our guest bathroom. Much prettier in person than online. In person you can see noticeable specks of copper which really makes the fixture stand out. The faucet has a really nice tailored look to it because of the clean lines and straight handles. It fits our ranch style/mountain style home perfectly! It is a very robust faucet and well made/great quality.

Moen Belfield bathroom faucet

I had a Moen Belfield faucet installed in my bathroom one week ago and it has a slow leak. Now I have to deal with the hassle of having a brand new faucet repaired.

Built To Last

The pictures of this product on Amazon really do not do it justice. You really need to see and hold this product in your hands to appreciate the quality finish and how solidly this product is built. Moen obviously has a reputation for great products, but this is the best product of theirs that I have come across yet. These days it seems like a lot of companies take shortcuts with their plumbing products to keep the price down. This product definitely is NOT one of them. It isn't cheap, but what you end up with is a faucet that is durable enough to last for generations, and keep looking good in the process. Installation was very straight-forward and took a little over an hour. The instructions are decent, but you probably will not need to refer to them very often if you have installed plumbing products like this before. There are a minimal amount of parts involved, so there is much less of a chance of botching the install accidentally. The specs are right on, so you should have no problem fitting this in an existing installation, unless your last faucet was installed incorrectly to begin with. Once everything is connected, it just plain works, and should keep working barring some sort of catastrophic event like a fire or structure collapse. It's simple and elegant design greatly reduces the chances of anything going wrong and its rock solid construction makes it ultra-durable. I literally can not think of any downside to buying this product, other than the relatively high up-front cost. It's priced in-line with that of other faucets of the same quality though, so I can't really knock it for that. Quality is expensive, when it comes to plumbing, and with this product you are definitely getting what you pay for.
