Surprisingly Pleased
I ordered this jacket prior to a golfing trip to Scotland and Ireland. When it arrived in the mail I picked it up and thought that it must be for a toddler because it was so light weight. Opened it up and was pleased with the color and design* but again, “too light weight for what I wanted”. I was wanting a light weight halve sleeve golfing jacket for windy cool weather. It was too late to send back and order something else before the trip so I decided to take the risk. I wore the “jacket while playing in low 60’s windy Scotland and Ireland and was surprised at how it blocked the wind and kept you rather comfortable. This turned out to be my go to light weight jacket for the trip as it was just enough to keep you from being chilled while golfing, sight seeing or in a restaurant but not so warm that you needed to take it off. The side zipper does help in removal but wasn’t awe inspiring. This is not a cold weather jacket! It’s just another layer but I am pleasantly pleased with the jacket. I am 6’ 210 lbs and the XL size fit me fine and wasn’t binding. *My only real problem was the lack of pockets. Many I time I kept reaching for one but never found it.

Very light weight, runs small
I purchased this for a golf tournament that was supposed to have rain. After 30 minutes of light rain I was a little wet, it was good for something like that. If it had been any longer than that I would have been soaked. It is very light weight, even my 3X folds up easy to fit in a quart size zip lock bag. It will be nice to keep in my golf bag as I won't notice the size or space. I'm 6' tall, 300 lbs, and 3X shirts fit me comfortably. This was a tighter than my T-shirts fit but not uncomfortable. It has some stretch that is just a little noticeable during the golf swing. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

The fabric is very lightweight and is also see through. At least the white one that I ordered was. Returned.

Perfect for Golf!
It is so light and thin, yet great protection from the wind. Just enough stretch to ensure no hang ups or restrictions.
