Fit is spot on
It’s been tough finding gloves for my undersized 4 y/o daughter but the t-ball size gloves worked perfectly for her. The measurement guide is spot on! I also have another pair of gloves for my 6 y/o in size x-small youth and these also fit perfectly. My daughters are using jugs lite softballs and baseballs for BP and they used to complain about bay sting when they make great contact. These gloves provide enough padding and grip to eliminate bay sting and blisters. Some of the reviews have mentioned that these gloves won’t last and I absolutely understand what they mean. The stitching in some areas especially the finger tips are not the best. It’ll be interesting to see how they hold up during the fall and winter. Worth the money in my opinion just know the stitching is not the best in some areas.

Good quality batting glove
Fits great. Holds up even loaded up with pine tar.

Not good compared to alternatives
Background: I am working with my 10-year old to develop him as a batter. Our goal is at least 120 hits every day. At this point in his progression, batting gloves have become an indispensable tool to mitigate blistering and hand fatigue. So far we have tried extensively 3 different youth batting gloves. These are the classic Franklins, and also Marucci and Mizuno MVP. The Franklin batting gloves are by far superior. Below are the reasons why, with pictures. In the pictures, I have used the Mizuno MVP and regular Franklins. 1. All 3 models are difficult to attach the Velcro strap single-handedly. This is especially a problem on the Mizuno MVP. The reason is that the Velcro strap is made too short. The Velcro strap on the Franklins is by far the longest and easiest to use by the batter when putting on the glove on his own. 2. The Mizuno MVP wrist opening is hideously tight. But not as bad as the Marucci one. I do not know which designer in China came up with that look/design. In combination with a shorter Velcro strap, the Franklin is much, much better in terms of convenience to put on snugly. 3. Stitching: The main problem on the Mizuno MVP is the interior stitching. As you can see in the pictures, the Franklin has exterior stitches on the fingers area. This makes the inside of the fingertips as smooth as can be. The Mizuno MVP has interior stitches. It doesn’t get noticed on hit 1 or 10, but by the time he hits 20-30 balls, the kid starts complaining of discomfort at the fingertips, especially at the index finger on the driving hand. 4. Venting and moisture wicking: The Frankins have these tiny punctures along the finger length. At first they seem unnecessary to the design, but they actually help vent the glove a lot better. The Mizuno MVP gets completely wet on the inside after a 200-ball batting session. The Franklins also get damp, but roughly only half as much. 5. One thing I like better about the Mizuno is the black cloth material, which hides dirt and mold a lot better than the Franklins, which are solid white. The Mizuno also looks nicer overall, but the functionality is poor compared to the Franklins. The Mizuno MVP, if you look at the fingertips, each fingertip is designed differently with different materials, angles and stitching. It makes no sense at all. Mizuno totally went for looks over function. 6. The Marucci youth gloves are a total disappointment for us. That’s why I don’t even comment on them. I would not necessarily call them junk, but we are one-and-done as far as the Marucci glove brand is concerned. I guess, Marucci should stick to making good bats instead of branding third-party designed apparel.

Exactly as described
My son loves these gloves. This season has been pretty cold and these proved the perfect addition. Thin enough to still have a a good grip and be pliable but just enough thickness to provide a barrier to the weather!

Not the best but a great price for slow-pitch softball.
I don't need any padding for slow-pitch softball, just a bit of extra grip. No matter the quality, a pair of batting gloves would only last me a season or two at most. These fit the bill. Great for the price if you need a pair of batting gloves without padding. I like the look, too.

Pretty good grip, little on the smaller side and thin.
These are decent battling gloves and the fitment is a bit on the smaller side. I got the XL and they just barely fit. I might have needed XXL but i dont consider myself having giant hands. The grip on the bat feels really good so far but i am a little concerned at how thin these are compared with other Mizunos i had in the past. I got 3 full seasons from the last pair so we'll see how these go.

Too small
I what I think is an average size hand. I’m only 5’10 so I’m not that big. But the large gloves barely slide onto my hands and they already ripped. Perhaps an extra large would do better but I wonder what the guys with big hands would order.

Great gloves for the price!
The fit on these gloves is great, and I love how the grippy material is on the entire gripping surface on the glove, not just part of the palm and fingers. The upper parts of the fingers are nicely flexible, and don't seize up even after lots of use.

EXCELENTES
The media could not be loaded.

Way to small
The descriptions for these gloves are not very well they need a sizing chart so everybody knows what size so you don’t buy them by mistake Play they were able to pick up the next day for my return

Passform gut, Performance mangelhaft

Total disaster
Sizing was way too confusing. I thought it was an Adult-Small & instead a Youth-Small arrives. Took far too long. Why wait weeks for something to arrive when you can go into a physical shop & pick it up immediately and see what you're getting. Now my the birthday present for my cousin is late & I'm back where I started... That's just great (not)!
