They look nice, but not super sturdy

Shelves are cute and just the size I wanted. They came with wall anchors to install them. The metal bends pretty easy and wood is super light weight, so I wouldn’t put anything heavy on them. Also the finish on the wood is just one rough coat of stain. It gets rubbed off easily. I’ll probably restain or paint them at some point.

nice shelf but directions are terrible

Although this seems like it would be easy to install, it wasn't. Not correctly, anyway. The instructions literally say "Draw four circles" but nothing about how to ensure it is leveled properly, whether the metal braces should be level or angled slightly etc. Again, seemed simple, so I installed one top corner on a stud, used a level on the board to mark off the other top corner, but the second side brace wound up visibly lower even when the shelf was level, and it turns out the side braces should have been angled a bit, not perfectly horizontal. The wood is super lightweight but actually looks nice, and stained surprisingly well, so it is a nice looking shelf, if a bit skewed. Ikea would have laughed at these directions, and a tiny bit of effort here would have made this a 5 star review.

bad 'wood"

The wood on the shelves are so weak, the screw popped out under the very little pressure of me turning it over to screw in the other side. I had to the ole wood glue and toothpicks. Tons of wiggling when i carefully picked it up to screw it into the wall. They also aren't strained so well as each piece had a good and bad side (not on purpose) with hard lines like another drying piece was set on top of each piece. It feels a bit better than balsa wood. I didn't see weight limits but i certainly wouldn't tempt it with anything heavy like books.

Good shelf, but quality could be better.

For $33 I expected more. The wood planks are extremely cheap. One of my screws stripped out, so my mom helped me put a longer screw in to make it work. The frame is decent, but the wood shelves could be better for $33. I like the style, and it does look nice on the wall.

Simple and easy

The media could not be loaded. We cut a hole in the bottom shelf for cords to go through. Looks good! The wood seems kind of soft, it’s not particularly hard. I could see someone replacing the boards with their own lumber.

Perfect size for our decor

We finally found the right size foe what we needed to display. I only wish they came with longer screw to attach the shelves. Not easy to keep the shelves attached, finally ended up using our own hardware.
