Perfect Play Set for Little Cleaners!
I recently purchased this play set for my 6-year-old son, and he absolutely loves it! He's always been interested in helping me clean the house, and this play set has made it even more fun for him. The set includes 11 different cleaning tools, including a broom, mop, duster, dustpan, and more. Each piece is well-made and feels durable, so I'm confident that they will last for a long time. One of the things I appreciate about this play set is the storage stand. It's designed to hold all of the pieces, so it's easy to keep everything organized and together in one place. This also makes it easy for my son to find the tool he needs when he wants to help clean. My son has spent hours playing with this set, and it's been a great way for him to develop his fine motor skills and learn about different cleaning tools. I would highly recommend this set to any parent with a child who loves to help clean the house. It's a fun and educational toy that will keep your child entertained for hours!

Nice but wobbly
I think this set is so adorable. I bought it for one of our toddler classrooms. They enjoy playing with it. However, I took one star off because the way you have to put together the mop, broom, and dust pan doesn’t feel secure. I followed the instructions and they felt wobbly. I almost added some gorilla glue, but I figured it would hold up okay with our toddlers. If this were in our preschool classroom I don’t think it would last very long.

So amazing!
The media could not be loaded. I clean our home once a week and my little two year old always wants to help and now she can with her own supplies! The broom sweeps, the mops washes, the duster dusts, the sprayer sprays, etc…. One complaint I have is that the handle priced for the three larger items did not go together perfectly causing the handles to “break” back into two pieces. I also cannot for the life of me get one connector to go into place. My only other complaint (which is most definitely user error) was that the squirt bottle broke from my daughter throwing it onto the concrete ground - BUT I purchased a cheap spray bottle, cut the plastic tube and found it to be compatible with the bottle size and voila! It’s fixed. Highly recommend.

He uses this everyday and he is 1. If im sweeping he is sweeping. Lol. He is sooo happy with his little set. Its perfect. sturdy. Nicely made. Super cute and functional.

For the kid who just wants to clean like mom!
This is great for my toddler son! He is always trying to steal my cleaning supplies and with this he has his own. Everything is very water/ mop bucket proof and the mop does do some cleaning. Easy to assemble, somewhat sturdy but my son did break the mop by banging it on the floor. This is used daily in our house.

toddler loves it
loved it! only thing is the bristles on the broom came super messed up / bent. have had it for a couple weeks & still hasn’t went back normal. got it for my 1 year old so he could careless since he doesn’t know how to sweep but if i got it for a little bit older kid that wanted to help clean, it wouldn’t work.

Poor quality
The plastic connector parts have sharp bits that would actually hurt/break skin. The handles are very loose, poorly attached.

Worst Melissa & Doug product I've ever purchased.
I would give this product as a Zero in Craftsmanship. I purchased to give to my Grandchild as a gift. When the time came to open the product I noticed several items that were not up to the M&D standard I've grown to respect as a children's toy manufacturer. For starters, the base was splintered in several places where the pilot holes had been drilled. Very dangerous for a small child and demonstrative of poor workmanship. The second item had me really scratching my head. If you construct the way that the pilot holes are drilled, 2 in the bottom and one on top of the uprights, the product will not fit together into the slots provided. Upon closer review of the picture on the box, I realized that each of the uprights has been drilled incorrectly. Where they had drilled 2 in the bottom and 1 in the top of each upright, the correct drill pattern would be to turn the upright over and drill a second hole in the (old) top and screw it to the base (turn old top to now be the bottom). What quality commercial toy maker would make this error. In reality, what I got sold was a SECOND, not the product I paid for. Now look at my predicament, how do I take back a special gift once the child has opened and was excited. I normally would have sent the item right back for a full refund but couldn't bring myself to rip it away from the child. Instead, I repaired the splinters, sanded the bottom, and re-drilled the incorrect pilot holes. Not something I should have to do. I do not recommend this toy and am now suspect of all Melissa and Doug offerings.

De calidad, sencillo, cómodo y ecológico
Ya tuvimos un juguete de esta marca y la verdad es que es siempre un material con mucha calidad. Materiales nobles, de madera, telas de algodón de alta calidad. La madera es muy resistente y está perfectamente tratada. No encontrarás ninguna astilla que pueda dañar a tu hijo o hija, no se romperá o separará ninguna pieza. El otro juguete que tenemos de esta misma marca es heredado y no nos ha dado ningún susto. Sigue tal y como estaba y eso que ha sobrevivido a todos los golpes que le ha dado mi hijo. Este carro de limpieza lleva de todo. Una mopa que puedes desmontar la tela para limpiarla. Lleva una sencilla goma que hace que se ajuste bien a la madera y puedas sacarla con gran facilidad. Tiene una escoba con unas cerdas muy suaves. No hay problema si deciden peinarse el pelo o darse en la cara con ella porque no se harán daño. También dispone de un recogedor que, aunque parezca una absurdez, se ajusta bien al suelo y para los niños y niñas es sencillo jugar a recoger la suciedad. Estas son las tres piezas más grandes. Como piezas más pequeñas lleva un plumero extra suave, un cepillo para quitar pelusas de la ropa. Este le encanta a mi hijo para limpiar el sofá. Tiene un rollo que nosotros hemos sustituido por un rollo de papel de cocina normal para hacer más creíble el juego. Para completar lleva una esponja también muy suave y lavable, unas tarjetas para marcar las tareas que van realizando y como último y para los padres más valientes, un bote para rociar limpiacristales que funciona de verdad si le pones agua. Creo que este bote es el preferido de mi hijo. Se lo hemos llenado infinidad de veces, me tiene los cristales muy “limpios”. Es un kit perfecto para hacer juego simbólico de una forma muy real, con objetos que ven en casa habitualmente. Objetos pensados para que se adapten a su tamaño sin que sean peligrosos. Realizados con materiales de muy buena calidad. Como maestra y madre invito a invertir en juguetes de calidad y seguridad para nuestros hijos e hijas. Elementos que nos dan tranquilidad y que podrán heredar otros niños.

Per chi vuole imitare la mamma
Ammetto che mi ha fatto ridere come idea e c’è sicuro chi considererà sbagliato “abituare” una bambina fin da piccola alle faccende di casa, ma per chi manifestasse questo desiderio, magari per emulare la mamma, ben venga un assortimento del genere per evitare di usare roba magari intrisa davvero di detersivo. E’ veramente un kit perfetto: dallo scopettone con panno elettrostatico al classico mocio, passando per la paletta, la spazzola e ovviamente la scopa. C’è persino il rotolo di carta, da abbinare alla spugnetta ed allo spruzzino. Vista la presenza di strumenti per il pavimento, lo avrei dotato di qualcosa simile ad un secchio ma, poco male, quello è facile da trovare a casa. Realizzato tutto in legno (parti in morbide escluse ovviamente…come anche lo spruzzino, in legno non avrebbe funzionato molto) prende poco spazio perché la struttura è di fatto una rastrelliera per raccogliere le varie componenti. Sarebbe utile avere la versione per adulti visto quanto spazio si risparmia… Il prezzo è commisurato alla qualità: a 40 euro si trovano le versioni di plasticuccia, una ventina di euro in più per avere tutto in legno (peraltro sicuro) ci sanno tutti.

Hola a todos y a todas, este producto se trata de un juego de limpieza para niños que contempla un conjunto de herramientas esenciales para mantener un hogar impecable. Concretamente, trae los siguientes utensilios: cepillo de barrer, fregona con paño, plumero, botella rociadora, rollo de toalla, esponja, cepillo de pelusa, cogedor y una base en la que se acomoda todo lo mencionado. También trae una tarjeta en la que se indican actividades de limpieza que el niño puede poner en práctica. Cada uno de los elementos nombrados está hecho para que luzca y funcione prácticamente igual a su referente en el mundo de los adultos, pero adaptado a la medida de los niños. Están fabricados en madera y plástico, ambos materiales de muy buena calidad y tratados con el mayor detalle y cuidado, de manera que no hay peligro de astillas o bordes que puedan causar heridas. La verdad encuentro muy útil este tipo de juguetes porque incentiva el desarrollo motor de los niños y porque también los capacita para que puedan cumplir con hábitos necesarios en el día a día de cualquier persona. Además, los anima a cultivar su gusto genuino por colaborar que suelen manifestar en los primeros años de edad. Creo que es una excelente alternativa de juego.
