Does not adhere as needed
They don't adhere enough to the skin. Comes lose with a bit of resistance and it is not enough for flexible locations. Skin may need to be extremely clean and dry of any chemicals, blood, or perspiration. They absorb moisture and that may add to loss of adherence. Na mean jelly bean?

What I needed

Don’t by if allergy to dermabond!
First of all, they don’t stick the way they’re supposed to. This may be the lowest quality I’ve EVER experienced. I can’t seem to find an ingredient list for the adhesive. I’m allergic to dermabond (recently experienced) so I was going to remove the dermabond and apply these stripes instead. Yup well only half wants to stick, it is NOT fabric as it describes and while it allowed me to remove the heinous dermabond, this product made me break out in BLISTERS.

Great and Individually Packaged
Good value actually because there are a hundred and each one is individually wrapped (unlike some Nexcare closure strips that I bought that had a bunch in each package so that any leftover ones are essentially wasted after opening the sterile package. Sticking okay (I put a bandage over to cover the cut completely and secure the butterfly closures so I'm not sure how well they stay on by themselves. Looks waterproof as described. I'm happy with this as I couldn't find this in the pharmacy I went to. So many that I was able to stock different first aid kits after the ones I needed for my current wound. Wish they had been on one day/same day delivery though.

Unless you have a home nurse
Useless for self emergency The product once unpacked does the job fairly well But the packaging (individual bands) makes it you will run of blood before you complete the stichting... So good for second intention wound care, but for emergency (especially self help) not recommended

Another great addition to my first aid kit! I hope I won't have to use them often, but if they are needed instead of an aggravating long stint in an emergency department, I will be over the moon happy!

Confusing to use
If you have never used these it's confusing also not what I was expecting as they actually aren't that water proof after all but the amount you get isn't that bad for the price.
