They are great, but don't microwave them

So like I work in a Freezer at a warehouse and I would use those gloves under thicker more wooly gloves to keeo my hands warm and dry. Beautiful gloves for work, I had used them outside of the freezer just to do other work in ambient zones and they worked perfectly. I really like how they won't feel uncomfortable for me after using them for long periods of time, specially around my wrists. But the one problem I had was that I saw a coworker microwave his own pair of gloves before walking into the freezer once and it was such a great Idea cuz they came out nice and warm, no issues. So like I decided to go ahead and try it out with mine and well... They scorched. The didn't turn on fire, but the palm area completely burned and seems like it had parts that melted. I guess that type of fabric wasn't really too much heat proof. But regardless of that, great pair of gloves for the price, awesome I would even dare say. I already ordered a second pair because they are probably my favorite gloves to wear.

great but sizing is tricky, I went with a size down

I recently purchased the Mechanix Wear FastFit Tactical Gloves with Elastic Cuff in Black and found them to be a great option for a variety of activities. The gloves have a flexible grip that is perfect for working on cars, doing yard work, and other tasks where grip is important. for me, the mediums were tight but the larges were baggy, so I kept the mediums and returned the larges

Great for light work

These slip on gloves are great for light work. I am a tech instructor with armored vehicles. These gloves provide basic protection for the job without sacrificing your finger dexterity. Can be used in heavy work environments, but I would suggest a more padded option.

What bad dudes and dudettes actually wear

These are sold at military clothing sales stores and I happen to know that a certain spy agency orders $3500 worth of these at a time (in all different colors). The faux leather gloves provide enough protection for rappelling. They offer excellent dexterity. I have no problem operating firearms or writing or even applying duct tape with these on. You can take the Fast Fits on and off easily without fumbling around with Velcro. They’re somewhat warm. They’re warm enough for 95% of days in climates like the UK or the Atlantic and Pacific coast of USA. And yet they’re comfortable for hot weather hand protection. Even though these are inexpensive, I prefer the Fast Fits to any other glove.

I hate wearing gloves

This is the first pair of gloves I feel like I actually maintain Dexterity they do wear out fast if your working around concrete or other really abrasive materials I’m in my 3rd pair and I’ll keep buying they have saved me so much hand pain

Exceeded my expectations

These are easy to slip on and off quickly, they fit nicely on my hands, they work on my phone really really well, and I can still load magazines and tie 550 cord easily with them on. I usually hate wearing gloves if I have to do anything besides carrying heavy things, but these work for more precise tasks as well. The loops on the wrist are also pretty convenient for clipping them on a carabiner, which is nice. It's one less thing getting shoved in my cargo pockets out in the field, so it's a plus.

Good so far

These are holding up so far. They seem to be of better quality than the older fast fit gloves I used to buy. Normally I would wear out the fingers before the palm on the older yellow gloves. Time will tell how these hold up.

2 Tage Schießbahn - kaputt

Sehr ärgerlich. Hab mir die Handschuhe gekauft, weil die dienstlich gelieferten am Abzugsfinger einfach zu dick sind. Das PU hier ist sehr angenehm und weich. Sehr dünn und sensorisch wunderbar. Anfangs stören die Nähte Am ersten Tag schießen fing es an zu nieseln. Kein Dauerregen eher wie Sprühregen. Schon am ersten Abend fingen an sich die Fingerkuppen aufzulösen ich bin Rechtsschütze, habe also mit dem abgebildeten linken Handschuh nur das Griffstück am G36 gehalten. Am zweiten Tag (26° Sonnenschein) nachmittags waren die Handschuhe völlig zerstört. Auf dem Label steht: maschinenwaschbar… na dann, dann frisst die WaMa vermutlich nicht nur Socken… Vielleicht habe ich mit einem anderen Hersteller mehr Glück. Aber dieser Mechanix kommt mir nicht mehr in die Beintasche…

multiple stitching failures after 3 months use + no warranty?

I purchased these for use in and around the garden as we are landscaping it ourselves. I noticed the gloves had a hole appearing near the base of the thumb where the sticking had failed and then a week later another holes appeared, again due to stitching. After spending 10 mins trying to find a contact for the seller on amazon I've given up (all items sold come with at a minimum 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects). it's a shame as I have heard great thing for this brand but as this was my first pair, coupled with the almost impossible contact details for returning items on Amazon I shalt be buying another set or using this seller.

Not as good as they look or described

This item is a little misleading in the pictures the gloves look well padded with the quick attach camera system but they are so thin in a very much doubt they'll last more than a couple of weeks if you were lucky The size chart go up one size from your measurements there are size chart just isn't right and as somebody that not just for health reasons but also no protection covering for my hands so for many years I have been using fitted gloves and know how to measure the hand properly the only feature I do like is I can use my touch screen smartphone with them on On Amazon there are some far better fitted anti-vibration glove that's touch screen quite a bit cheaper and definitely better material But I will now be stuck with these because I'm disabled by the time I'm I've gone on to have them sent back and waited for the next size up pair that were not only cheaper than this pair But by the time I've driven to return them or found somebody else to do it on my behalf it's just not worth the cost of returning them I know the post is free but fuel isn't then on top of that our post office doesn't have wheelchair access so I have to use my stick and because of the new covid rules everything that much slower I have to pass the lady behind the counter who I must admit it's very kind but she'll get me a chair to sit on until my place in the queue comes up So in my opinion if you're looking for a pair of gloves for DIY one or two times mechanical work or maybe some gardening you can buy far better for cheaper If you're looking for a glove to do the job that this glove is described to do I would seriously consider looking elsewhere

So perfect for outdoors activities

I brought these gloves to use whilst hiking, camping, expecting them to provide a bit of a barrier between my hand and “axe to chop wood”, “knife to feather wood for fire”, “make a fire”, “using Kelly kettle for tea”, and general campsite/hiking activities. I can honestly say, they are so good, my brother purchased a pair (in the middle of the woods) after trying them when we’d stopped to make lunch & tea whilst we where out hiking. We set up a little base camp so we could use Kelly kettle to make some tea, then use the hobo stove setup parts to make a bacon sandwich, I’d been singing there praises all morning & then said he should try them, within 5 minutes he asked for the link to purchase some. Between us we described them as “lightweight & comfortable enough, to not get in your way, or feel in any, ANY! way uncomfortable or irritating(as gloves often do), with a quality of materials & manufacturing that gives you, a feeling of confidence your hands are protected and capable of carrying out any job, big or small”, be that a “club handed or intricate job”, with the sense that your gloves will act as a barrier that simply feels like a second skin. Incase it’s not obvious, both my brother (a GP) & I(precision aerospace engineer, biker), highly rate these gloves, as I say, he purchased a pair in the middle of the woods after trying mine whilst doing some tasks, and I have myself ordered a second pair. Summary; *They look great, good colour *Incredibly comfortable *lightweight *Inexpensive *Great quality *Touchscreen works faultlessly *Perfect fit I used the size guide to make my purchase and it was spot on. The only thing I can’t speak to, is durability, because I haven’t had them long enough, however in that time I’ve used them for hiking, camping knife work for the making, lighting & using of a camping fire for cooking, recurve bow archery(practice), crossbow archery(practice) and tomahawk throwing, they performed perfectly during all activities, show no signs of any wear or marking, I did put them through the washing machine at 40*, due to dirt & smelling of campfire smoke, and they came out perfect. If it’s not obvious by now, “I can’t recommend these highly enough”. If you need a pair of gloves for outdoors pursuit activities, or even just as a pair of gloves for everyday wear, you’d be happy you purchased these. I don’t believe in giving good reviews when it’s not warranted, but in this case, 100% will buy more myself(as will my brother). P.s. it’s some weeks, “only weeks!”, and I have brought another pair in black, to throw into my daily use ruc-sac…

Great for shooting gloves

I bought these to use when shooting. The problem with shooting gloves is that you need them to be thin enough to feel what you’re doing especially the trigger pull but thick enough to keep your fingers warm so you have feeling in them. These cover both of those issues for the most part, they are quite resistant to the wind which is a main part of keeping your hands warm but don’t expect to be able to wear them it’s freezing weather and have completely toasty hands, they are certainly better than no gloves and better than my previous ones too. I also noticed that the finger tips didn’t get caught in the magazine gate on my semi auto like my others too. The pull tap on the cuff is an excellent idea to, it just makes it so much easier to put them on, a good buy.
