Great, even if a little on the heavy side
I'll start with a disclaimer, in that I've had this bag for 5 years! I've absolutely loved it, despite it being heavy and stiff, which does get better with time. The straps are round and that made the weight more noticeable as I would feel they are digging into my shoulders and after a long day, I was uncomfortable. With that being said, the amount of stuff I've been able to put inside and still find everything is amazing. I've had a laptop, iPad, notebook, chargers, personal care, even a small umbrella. I did end up removing the laptop padded insert as it was taking up too much space in the bag, and laptop was still protected. I also love that zippers go down all the way on both sides, so if you do end up "losing" something in the bag, or have to add more things, this helps it open up a lot. I am back here looking for a replacement as one of the straps split in half, but again, this was after 5 years of near constant use. Not sure if I'll order it again (ready for a change) but it is definitely a contender! I always got a lot of compliments on it by colleagues and random people.

Exceeded by Expectations, gorgeous!
I was a little hesitant about ordering the green color since the color on your computer screen can be different than in real life but I absolutely loved this green from the minute I opened the box! The bag is made out of quality materials and excellent construction. I carry my laptop to and from work every day and I can tell this bag will hold up through heavy wear and tear. Inside has a cushioned laptop compartment/sleeve built in which my Dell E6430 fits perfectly, a middle zippered compartment and a third open compartment. Also has a cell phone pocket and holders for pens. There is a small pocket on the front but I did note that the picture is different as there is no zipper on the outside pocket. Not a big deal though. I also like the fact that the main zipper is a double zipper that goes all the way down the sides as opposed to just the top of the bag, makes it easier to get things in and out of the bag. I could see how this bag may not work for a shorter person (in reading other reviews) due to the shape of bag and size handles but I am 5'10 and the bag fits me perfectly. If you are a student carrying books or need a bag that carries your laptop and a lot of other items, this bag will not work for you - it is really more a brief case shape. I am in love with this bag for spring! Thinking of buying the black or red.

nice laptop bag
Bought this bag to carry my laptop. It looks very professional and I have received many compliments. Pros: has a lot of room inside for the laptop and folders and binders once I removed the laptop sleeve (which didn't fit my laptop and just took up too much room). The outside pockets also hold papers. I really like the pen, cell phone and other pockets on the inside, as well as the zippered pocket in the middle. Cons: Using the laptop sleeve takes up too much room and it was way too small for my laptop. If it weren't the shell pink color, I might opt to carry it separately. The handles are very stiff. I am still hoping they straighten out from the curled over the top position they were packed in. It makes getting items into and out of the bag difficult because of the handles in the way. They do not stand straight up as in the picture. Overall: very happy with my purchase.

nice bag, but heavy!
So I am 5'1" and this bag was so heavy for me! I needed a bag for my big computer, and this one has space in it, but it was very stiff and hard to carry. I returned it. its pretty and just as described, I was just so uncomfortable carrying it after one time trying to use it I gave up. it doesn't have much space I it if you leave the laptop sleeve inside, only enough for one notebook and some pens and small items. I had to put my charger on top of the laptop and notebook or it would fit in the bag. the side pockets dont give at all and are very stiff- it's hard to put anything inside them and once you get something inside then you cant get your hand down the side to get it out! I did like that the bag zipped all the way down the side so it was easier to get the laptop out, but my laptop is only 15" and it barely fit inside. I was disappointed and will try a shoulder strap bag instead after this heavy thing! pretty bag though...just not what I thought it would be.

High quality but not perfect
The materials and the details of this bag are really good. I can put my laptop, charger, kindle, papers and all my personal items I would carry around in any purse and it all fits well with extra room. I proudly carry it around because is a good looking bag. The only problem is that the handles are too narrow so when I hang this heavy bag on my shoulder I cannot keep it for long because the handles start to dig in my flesh and it hurts really bad after a while. I got bruised on the first day even wearing my thick winter coat. If the handles were a little wider it would be a perfect computer bag.

Heavy bag
This bag looks very nice, I like the amount of items it can hold but will need to return since the bag is heavy and handles are too stiff and hard. It hurts my shoulder.
