Healthy for your skin!!
Oh my goodness thank you so much for this line! It is so much better for my skin then anything out there for the same price! I have been searching for a product that doesn't have all the harsh additives and that doesn't make my face look 10 years older than it really is. Thank you maybelline for this amazing product! It doesn't enhance my wrinkles, it is moisturizing, and feels so light. I will be buying this again & again

Good coverage, light feel
My favorite serum foundation was discontinued and though I’ve tried several other brands, this is the only one that has come the closest. I don’t like the way makeup feels on my face. As a child, I hated getting my face painted, and find most foundations too heavy for my sensitive skin. This serum covers any redness and evens out my complexion while still looking natural. Perfect for a no makeup look.it probably wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with very oily skin because it has a dewy finish

Melting Foundation
It took me 3 tries to get it right but once I did it’s exactly what I was hoping for. It completely melted into my skin, covered most imperfections and looked completely natural. It only took about 3 drops so a little goes a long way. Just make sure you shake it really well every time and lightly moisturize first. It also seems to be a bit darker than the picture (the color I ordered is just a bit dark but probably fine for summer. I’ll be ordering a lighter shade too so I can have endless colors. It appears a bit oily at first but within 10 minutes had absorbed and my skin felt soft and smooth. The color lasted all day. Of course I’ll need to see how it does when it’s hot and humid. I definitely will be using this again.

Light weight, full coverage, no breakouts

Very similar to the Kosas tinted oil product
First, if you like the first foundation Kosas released, their Tinted Oil product, you will like this! (Not talking about the newer one released in early 2022.) They are so similar. I have the Kosas and used it the next day after trying this Maybelline to compare and I feel like they are very close dupes. Personally, I don’t love these dry oil foundations. I have dry skin, so you’d think this type of product would work for me, but nope! It’s lightweight and lasts an average day with minimal fading. And it fades gracefully when it does start to wear down. It feels nice going on, looks dewy for the first few minutes like you’d imagine, then it transforms and sets and ends up clinging to EVERY dry patch, especially any flaky areas that normal liquid foundations smooth over. And because this is a tinted oil, it doesn’t sit well over my normal daily skincare. I’ve had this for over a week and have used it several times, the best being the days I use no other skincare except a facial oil as my moisturizer and my Paula’s Choice sunscreen. The coverage is sheer to light, which I like. The shade range is pretty poor, but somehow it adapts slightly when you start working it into your skin. I know this formula could be really nice if my skin wasn’t in its current dry and flaky state, so I’ll try again this spring/summer. I normally like Maybelline foundations and I feel like this would be great for normal or even combo skin if you like lighter coverage.

Wanted to love it but it wears poorly and I can see powdery dryness (separation or ..?)
I purchased one of the palest shades because I have fair skin. Honestly, I love another older brand by Alexandra de Markoff, but that company doesn't produce much any longer and most shades are not being produced. I thought I could use this as a replacement, but I noticed powdery residue throughout the day. Perhaps it doesn't work with my concealer? I did not like how it looked on near my syses and on my forehead. I am not sure if this is separation or if it just doesn't blend well on dry skin. IMPORTANT: The point of using an oil-based product is that people with dry, aging, or textured skin can get good coverage without this happening, though. I am not sure if I willet a different result if I don't use concealer, but this seems awfully complicated. It's a mystery. Do I need to chase down a different type of oil-based product or moisturizer? I am on a quest now.
