Outter Foam Filter Not Included

Decent quality filter but it doesn't include the outer foam filter designed to catch small particulate. I needed the foam filter due to the original crumbling from age. Now I'm trying to find the foam filter for purchase separately and can't.

Geez, ... it's an Air Filter for the magic Honda engine. Clean element & foam collar that stands up to repeated squirts of Starting Fluid. Nice package & fast shipping.

Fits my Honda GX390 (13 HP) Perfectly and Works Great

I think most of the negative reviews here have to do with fit of this filter to the smaller engines. I cannot speak to that, but it does fit my GX390 perfectly, and I just placed another order so I'd have a spare.
