Perfect Fit - Easy Install
Seems to be identical to the original factory blade, I say seems to be, truth be told there wasn’t much left of the original blade. My son told me the mower started violently vibrating, so he shut it down and told me. Good call on his part. We tipped it over, and with a 14 yr olds expert opinion, we both agreed it was time for a new blade. Typed in the model number, picked this one. He removed the plug wire, removed and installed the new blade like a pit crew in under 5mins. So bottom line: would I recommend this product? In a heart beat works well, time will tell if can hold up to the rigorous beating of a gas can wielding 14 yr old on a mission to mow all the yards in the neighborhood.

Decent performance and affordable
Over here in the NW Pacific, the cost to have a mower blade professionally sharpened is $16. And the cost of a replacement blade is $20. So, i will just reorder a new one and then recycle the old one. However, this Maxpower blade is not that sharp as compared to a resharpened blade. But it does cut the grass decently. I had noticed some scalping but not certain it is due to the blade not that sharp. I had raised the mowing height to test it. Overall, a decent unit.

5 year old mower cut like it was new. FYI Do not sharpen the new blade like people are saying on here, it comes like this for a reason.

Nice direct replacement blade, just should be sharper.
Great replacement blade, just watch the shape of your spindle when ordering replacement blades. This is a nice blade, however it could surely be sharpened prior to shipping. Worked for me and was easy to install. Looks like it will last and be comparable to OEM blade.

IT'S NOT READY OUT OF THE PACKAGE
The hard plastic package on the blade made it extremely difficult to get off especially in light the danger of cutting oneself on the sharpened end which has the hardest covering (to protect it). No wonder there the product images don't show it. The cutting edge is painted and it needs to be filed or ground off. No instructions and opening the packaging damages the stickers so you cant read what is says and they tear when you try to remove them which should be done to prevent them from retaining moisture and to keep the blade balanced which is something I did not test as I was already in a time crunch due to the 15 or so minutes I hadn't planned for in dealing with the packaging and filing. The original blade from troy bilt for my mower is around 15.39 but with shipping comes out to be around the same price. I don't think it is any better than an offshore blade but I support buying NA whenever possible

Perfect
Ordered it for my 8 year old Craftsman-Sears lawn mower. Arrived this morning, took two minutes to put on. Works like a charm. Mowed my lawn dinner time. Seems to have made my lawn mower almost like new. I hit a stump Sunday night with my old one. Vibrated the lawn mower badly. Had to get new blade.

I hope this one will avoid stump. After removing the damaged blade, I could not start the mower. I thought of throwing to garbage. After installing the new blade everything went fine.

Great
My lawnmower is only a year old but wasn't working as well as I expected. The bag would never fill up and I was also always mulching instead of removing the grass. Reluctantly I tried a new blade - I thought it's a brand new lawn mower the blade must be fine - and I'm so glad I did because now my lawnmower works better than it ever did.
