Better than others I tried
I injured my knees working a job over the holiday which involved crouching all day - up and down and sometimes kneeling on a concrete floor (bookstore). I ordered one of these braces and another brand after returning several I had tried from the drugstore which either did not fit well, were too thick to wear under clothing or hurt. Overall, I am satisfied with this product. I can wear it comfortably under slacks and jeans, and it does a good job of supporting my knee and stays up. It does bunch a little behind the knee (despite the opening in the back) but having tried several this one seems to do so the least. After wearing this one and the wool one I ordered at the same time, I ordered a second one of these. The wool did not stay up and rolled over and was below my knee within a few minutes of walking.

smaller then sizing
I ordered this item a xx-large and it was way to small so if your an x-large person do not order this you will just send it back. If your normal size I would order 1 or 2 size larger.

Been using this sleeve brand for years
I have been using this sleeve brand on my right knee for many many years. I wear it everyday from getting out of bed in the AM and only take it off for showering and when sleeping. The sleeve has done more for my bad knee than any amount of physical therapy and the surgery I've had. I started wearing it on the advice of an ortho surgeon. The neoprene sleeve gets occasionally washed in cold water with the clothes and air dried. In my experience they last about a year of constant use and then the neoprene starts to loose its compression capacity and that is completely understandable given the constant use. If worn only for sports activity it should last a lot longer.

HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT
When you try to walk wearing this, there's a big piece of material that pushes against the back of the knee making it difficult to walk.

Quality, Though Unique
These knee braces are quality made and have lasted longer than others ordered on Amazon (the stitching on those gave out within a month). My only concern with this particular design is the reinforcement around the patella opening. While of the same flexible design, the build up of material around the patella opening requires precise positioning in order to be comfortable. It is not unusual for me to stop and adjust one or both knee braces once or twice during a training run. This was my first use of a knee brace with open patella. They provide support during running and biking, but are counter productive floor exercises (e.g. yoga). Well made, just not the design for me.

it's ok
This knee pressure sleeve was ok, but didn't want to stay in place very well. But it did help, and of the total of 3 different ones I tried this was by far the best one. I think it would help if they put a few rows of that non-slip stuff around the inside upper edge. Don't know what that stuff is called but is a tacky clear strip that helps keep shoulder straps in place or bra's from slipping. That's my 2 cents worth.

Fit not good.
Too loose on top and with activity it is constantly sliding down the leg. Not at all happy. The $12 supermarketace type sleve is better. Whjat should I do now. Even washed the braces and hoped that it would shrink, but no such luck. Help me out here....
