Looks like moana with curly hair

The doll looks exactly like Moana but with curly hair. Moana has wavy hair in the movie this doll looks like Moana with a perm. She plays the song at a good volume. the clothes are good quality not that cheap sewn stuff. She's been in our home since January. Her hair is still good and she hasn't run out of battery. She is a perfect gift for a Moana fan.

Adorable princess doll!

Pros: - Looks very close to Moana. This isn't a knock-off brand or anything, so I'm glad that it looks so much like Moana from the movie and my daughter instantly recognized her and was super excited! - No small parts, which makes this ideal for smaller kids, less so for older ones that want included accessories. - Sings 30 seconds of a song from the movie! That's just enough to not be annoying when played over and over and over again (because it will be). It doesn't end abruptly; there's a fade and it's at an appropriate spot in the song. - Lots and lots of hair! I love that is feels pretty soft, too! You can do lots of hair styles with this length and fullness. - Vibrant colors. The patterns do not look washed out or faded. Things to Consider: - The shirt is not fabric, it's plastic and cannot be removed. This isn't really a doll you'd dress up. - The skirt is a flimsy fabric. I do worry that the fringe will shred or tear at some point. I feel like this is a very common material for doll's clothes, though, so nothing out of the ordinary. Cons: - No accessories. Not even shoes. I know Moana doesn't wear shoes in the movies, but kids typically enjoy accessories. Overall thoughts: My daughter loves this doll! It's super cute and sings a song in good enough quality (not super tinny sounding) and at a good volume. She likes singing along and hugging the doll, but there isn't anything else that you can do with it, other than play with her hair, since there isn't any accessories included. At the very least, they should have packaged her with a hei-hei or pua doll. If this had included a couple themed accessories, it'd be a perfect product. I think a child who loves dolls and Moana would love to get this for a special occasion (or even just because).

Daughter loves it. I think it is OK.

My daughter watches Moana movie and listens to its soundtrack over and over. She was so thrilled receiving this doll. She just loves it. But from my perspective, the doll is OK. Ours came with somewhat frizzy hair. As with all dolls this type, the hair is soon to be a giant mess. The song she sings “How far I’ll go” is just under 5 seconds long but it does nicely fades out so that it doesn't have that abrupt stop. The top “shirt” is plastic, part of the doll - I am not a fan of this new doll fashion. The skirt is super cheap, thin fabric with printed design on it. She does not come with any accessories, not even a brush. Overall, I gave it 4 stars simply because my daughter loves it and it does not matter to her whatsoever how cheap it is. And that is the ultimate endorsement.

Cute singing doll

This doll offers a nice attention to detail and is very accurate to how she is in the movie. The song clip that plays is a good length and the volume is a great level, not too loud to be annoying but not too quiet so that the kids can’t enjoy it.

Great for Moana fans

My daughter is the biggest fan of Moana, so she loved receiving this gift from us! This doll looks litteraly like the real Moana, and my daughter has been having so much fun playing with her. The feature of having the song sung by the doll is very fun and unique. Moana's signature outfit is beautifully designed, and the long, wavy hair is perfect for styling. My daughter has been having so much fun brushing and braiding Moana's hair. The doll is also durable and well-made, and I know it will hold up to plenty of play. The singing feature of the doll is an amazing addition, it makes the child feel like they are part of the movie and recreating Moana's adventure. The collectability of all Disney singing dolls is another plus point for this product as it gives children the opportunity to collect all the dolls and keep the magic alive. I would definitely recommend this product to any parent looking for a high-quality, fun, and educational toy for their child.

Well made and fairly movie accurate doll

This is a well made doll, it is nicely detailed and finished and is quite accurate to the movie. The packaging does seem slightly excessive but I guess at least it is secure whilst shipping. The one song does get a bit grating to me but the sound quality is reasonable and the fact you can change the battery quite easily is a plus. I guess the value of something like this is if your kid loves it and mine does so at the end of the day that makes it worth it.

Awesome little toy

Moana is a doll that sings How far I’ll go from the movie. She is cute and her hair is very soft. Her singing is activated by touching her necklace on the chest. The volume of the song can be quite loud with no way to shut it off. Otherwise I love the song and I sing along with it to my daughter!

A must for any Disney fan

My daughter loves this doll( similar size to a Barbie type doll) She looks very much like she does in the film, my daughter loves brushing and playing with her hair. If you push her pendant she sings a small clip of how far I'll go the song coming from her is actually really good quality and not muffled. My daughter is very happy to add the Moana doll to her collection.
