Very cute doll but scented

I was so excited to receive this doll for my baby. Today when I opened it I was SO disappointed to realize it was lavender scented.. why they make children's toys scented is beyond me.. fragrances are hormone disruptors, that is not good for anyone let alone babies. My daughter also has extremely sensitive skin and got irritated right away from playing with the doll she was so excited about. Had I known it was scented I would have purchased a different one. I understand it says "scent" somewhere in the long title of the item, however it's not made well known, it's not in the product details at the top so I believe it can very easily be looked over- people don't expect baby dolls to be scented and covered in chemicals. It is a strong smell and even bothered me. Also the pretend baby doll book that comes with it isn't bonded together so it comes apart. I feel so sad because my baby loved the doll, but I will most likely be returning this item and don't recommend it.

My baby niece loves her baby doll

I bought this for my niece for her first birthday nearly 6 weeks ago. Since then, this doll, the bear, bottle, and pacifier have become constant companions. She doesn't actually play with the doll as often compared to other activity-based toys, but it seems to bring her comfort and is always close by. She likes to push the doll in a doll stroller as she practices walking, and she's learned to give the doll its bottle and pacifier (the magnets help a lot!). The doll & accessories travel with her to grandma's overnight once a week, and they recently kept her company on a day trip to a state park. I love that it's completely soft, so she can play and hold the doll (awkwardly sometimes) without bonking her own head. She's starting to figure out how to undress the doll - one arm got out the other day. So I think I will be ordering some corresponding outfits and one of the diapering sets. I imagine that this doll will only become more beloved as my niece grows older. As other learning toys become too easy or baby-ish as she develops past them, this doll will continue to be cherished for several more years into preschool-hood and beyond. With this value for the price, I would gladly buy this doll again or one of the other Wee Baby Stella models as gifts for friends or relatives.

So Sweet with Dark Hair!

This doll is just so sweet. It is soft and comes with the cutest accessories. Unfortunately, I needed a brown-haired girl for my granddaughter. I decided to improvise. With a brown fabric marker, I helped my newly-purchased doll become perfect. She now looks like my sweet girl!

Perfect for little ones!

I bought this for my daughters first baby doll, for Christmas last year and she loves it. I think it is the perfect first doll. It's so cute and cuddly. There are even cute accessories that you can purchase separately to use with the baby. This Christmas she got the Baby Stella baby carrier, then she can hold her baby hands-free, just like her mama used to. The doll is supposed to have a lavender scent, but I never remember smelling anything on her. I don't mind though since I am not a fan of lavender scented items. The price is perfect! It comes with a binky, bottle, bedtime story, stuffed teddy bear, and the pajamas that she's wearing. It is a very well-made doll. I will definitely buy more of these in the future! If anyone is in the market for a first baby doll, then I suggest this one!

Perfect for child’s first dolly, clever design - easy to look after!,

Bought this and the accompanying carry cot for my granddaughter’s first birthday! Good value at £50! For a tiny tot it’s ideal being made from material - lightweight and easy to hold (even if you’re holding dolly the wrong way up!!) and easy to look after in warm soapy water. It’s sturdy but squidgy. Velcro to attach hood is just right. Clever design - little mobile toy attaches to a loop on the hood. Teddy has elastic loop to slip over dolly’s wrist. Feeding bottle even clicks onto dolls mouth for feeding! Well done and thank you to the creators for an original pretty practical toy! A real hit with my granddaughter!

Perfect for toddlers!

This baby is perfect for infants. I bought as a gift to my one-year-old niece and she carries it around everywhere she goes. It’s very good quality and super soft. She likes to kiss her and there’s no worry of her bunking her head with the babies head lol

Perfect gift for a big sister to be

I bought this for my two year old daughter as a gift from the new baby. I thought if she had a baby, she could play with it while I ‘played’ with her new baby brother. It worked as planned. She was obsessed with the doll, would give it its bottle and pacifier etc. I also love that it was soft like a stuffed animal and not hard plastic like most baby dolls meaning she could cuddle it in bed if she wanted. Downside is it was a bit pricey. I’m not sure if I just bought it when the price was high, but $40 seems like alot for a doll and a couple accessories.

Loveable and soft bodied baby doll. Perfect

The media could not be loaded. It was quite a search before I found this 'Wee baby Stella' doll, there is a slightly bigger 'Baby Stella' doll in the range if you want one. As I wanted a fully soft bodied baby doll that is her favourite tag along at the moment and this is just perfect for her. In the video you see can the magnetic milk bottle and dummy, the magnets are fully enclosed inside the doll. They even stick on the fridge is which is where will find them too. The baby doll really is made with soft good quality material. When I was looking one that didnt have plastic parts, all I could find were ones did have. I thought I'd found a compromise, I then saw it in a toy shop and it wasn't plus there weren't any others to choose from. As soon as she sees this 'wee baby Stella' it's the first thing she plays with. She will then take the outfit off the doll herself. Which she easily does with the velcro fastening. Of course she later comes back for you to the dress doll, so she can take it off again.

So cute, 2 year old LOVES it!

We bought this for our 2 year old as she had another doll with a plastic head that was getting used as a weapon (hitting our 3 month old with it). We wanted a doll that was soft, but still cute and fun to play with. She loves this as it comes with it's own sleeper that comes on and off and also the magnetic soother is so fun an adorable. Also happy to see the diversity in the skin/hair colours for this doll. This company makes great quality toys!
