Size a bit small but very soft and elegant looking

The fabric, as many have mentioned, is thin but I was expecting that from this type of sweater. It's quite soft and the navy blue is an elegant color and would pair nicely under a jacket or nice vest for layering. I got my usual size knowing that Amazon's own brands tend to run on the larger side (i.e., vanity sizing), however was surprised that this one ran a bit small such that it was a bit too snug on me. Maybe this new "Amazon Aware" line which I have not seen before has more of a slimmer cut to their items and other Amazon in-house brands.

Nice looking comfortable sweater, but thin

This is a body-flattering, soft wool sweater that looks good and fits well on my tall frame. My only disappointment is that the fabric is quite thin, substantially thinner than similar sweaters that I own. There are certainly advantages to a lightweight sweater in some circumstances, and I don't want to imply that the sweater is cheaply made, only that I worry it might not be as durable as a result.

A lovely sweater.

Amazon's Aware Sweater is nicely made with a quality look and feel. The wool blend fabric is lightweight, soft, and cozy. It has a nice stretch to it, but doesn't sag. In a size large it fit my 6'4" and 200 pound husband perfectly. It was loose without being baggy or sloppy looking. The fit through the shoulders, arms, and the torso length are perfect. It works equally well with slack or jeans and can be dressed up or down. The camel color is attractive, neutral, and subdued. I washed it in cold water on the gentle cycle and air dried it. It came out perfectly and did not shrink. All in all... a lovely sweater.

Attractive, lightweight merino sweater

I ordered this sweater in the navy color because I was hoping to layer it over my white and light blue dress shirts. I also ordered it in size large because I'm often right on the border between a medium and large, and I wanted to make sure it would fit well as a layering piece. Now that I've tried in on with a couple outfits, I'm really pleased with the way this sweater looks and feels! The size is great. It fits really comfortably for me and works great as a 2nd layer over a dress shirt. The navy color is awesome too — nice and rich and cool. As others have mentioned, the fabric is quite thin. That's fine by me since, again, I'm using it as a layering piece and not with the expectation that it will provide a lot of warmth on its own. Since it is a thin layer, I did run it through the wash (using merino wool-friendly detergent), and I was happy with the way it came through. No real shrinking or deterioration to the fabric. As a fan of merino wool and all its benefits, I'm really happy with the quality and the price of this sweater!

Nice mustard sweater

Got this a little while ago to replace a mustard Jos A. Bank sweater that doesn't fit me anymore. This one is really nice, and also very thin. Which could be great for transitional weather and fall / spring seasons. Sizing is also accurate. It is suuuuuper thin though. You can see any colors in shirts or ties you might be wearing underneath. It's not that much of an issue for me, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it snagged or got threadbare in spots pretty easily.

Very comfortable to wear. Just the right thickness for spring/fall.

The sweather is great for spring and fall. It's light and flexible, comfortable to wear all day and no itchy at the neck at all. It run about half a size large, for example, I order XL, my normal size, and wish the sleeves are much shorter and the waist slightly slimmer. But, it's a sweater, not a dress shirt. I won't be surprise it won't last a long time because how flexible/stretchy it is. Definitely wash it gentle and cold and dry them flat. For the price of $26 at the time of ordering, that's pretty good. It's since been increased to $36, making it a less worthwhile buy.

Classy fitted sweater

This sweater is an excellent weight for my taste, it’s light enough take the chill off without being too stiflingly hot. That also means it flexes and moves easily, unlike a heavier sweater. Merino wool is great like that, just a nice classy layer for the office or a date. The fit on the sweater is trim through the chest but pretty true to size for a more tailored fit. I thought it was too tight at first but got several compliments so I take that as proof that the fit is good. I found the sleeves a bit long but comparable to other sweaters I have in the same size, so I am glad I did not size up because then the sleeves would be way too long. Regardless of my short arms, this sweater is a nice addition to my wardrobe and good for any business casual environment.
