Good Wicking Shirt for Warm Weather

I purchased these shirts because I really like wicking T-shirts. I live in Texas and wicking shirts are WAY more comfortable than cotton shirts. They dry from sweat or getting wet MUCH faster and they don't seem to hold odors nearly as much. They are also cooler. On weekend camping trips, we have a group of Scouts that camp and we generally don't get showers, and wicking shirts work much better than cotton. I normally purchased Russell Athletic shirts from a major local retail store (for the last 3 years), but they stopped carrying them. I went to Amazon and ordered these shirts thinking they were exactly the same. They were about 30% more expensive (but still much cheaper than buying Adidas or Nike equivalent shirts), but I really liked the Russell Athletic shirts and needed more. It turns out these shirts aren't exactly the same. They are actually a little higher quality. I purchased both a blue and black shirt. Neither had any messed up seams or strings unraveling (something that would sometimes happen with the cheaper Russell shirts). i have now been wearing them for over a month and they are now my favorite wicking shirts. They look good, fit well (sizing is as expected), and seem to be wearing well. Combined with the superiority (IMO) of wicking fabrics, and these will be what I purchase going forward. These also don't have tags in the neck area (information is just printed on the shirt itself), which aids in comfort. They do have a tag on the side down near the waist which I occasionally notice and should cut off.

IF YOU HATE POLYESTER SHIRTS------BUY THESE

I've always hated polyester t-shirts. I hate the way they feel and how clingy they can be. These Russell shirts are amazing. They feel like cotton t-shirts and they have just the right amount of cling. I'm 5'10 at 195lbs....and I found the Large to be a good fit for me. I did not want something tight fighting to the body for the gym. These fit loose and have more in common with a cotton shirt than a polyester performance shirt. I don't tuck these in so with shorts, jeans, or cargos these are excellent. I've only had them for a few days but so far so good. They don't overly stink after a good sweat and they're easy to wash. I'll update in the future on how they hold up.

Very nice Shirts!

These are soft silky shirts and look much better than cotton tshirts. Always come out of the dryer without any wrinkles and no shrinkage. My husband has been wearing these for two years and has had many of them in all colors. Started wearing them when he had the shingles to try and find something that wouldn't rub him on his tummy so bad, and these worked so much better than the cotton.

Great shirt

. My only expectation not fulfilled by this shirt is the stretch. It stretches less than I expected, but still one of my favorite shirts. There is sweat wicking in the heat of summer, an almost silky feel for comfort, and very light for playing sports.

It's lightweight, comfortable & fashionable.

Can wear on its own in the summer or under reasonable temperatures any where. Not just another cheap T-shirt. Material is good quality and breathable. I have 3 of them.

Awesome shirt

My husband is a tall guy so finding a shirt long enough without going to a specialty store is awesome. And the active dry fabric is great.
