great multi use food storage container

I make great home made bread and had not found a good bread box. My bread pan is an 8.5 inch by 4 inch, and the loaf is very traditional loaf shape (nothing like the bread maker would make) so I needed something that would fit my wonderful, home made bread. For home bakes bread, I use this container inverted (upside down) - the top/lid becomes the bottom; Due to the fact that the latches / fasteners are located on the sides this works brilliantly for my unsliced bread loaf. If I choose to pre slice the bread I flip the container upright (if anyone is interested). This container seals well enough to keep the pre cut bred fresh (and that is a FIRST!) I have not found any other container tall enough or well sealed enough to keep my bread well I purchased two of these (because I sometimes make two loaves of bread at a time) and I discovered that this second container also keeps my romaine lettuce very nicely in the refrigerator. It is just the right size for the entire package of romaine lettuce I normally buy. I used to only wash and process my romaine lettuce just prior to meals and now I can process it the night before as it stays fresh longer. This container cleans up great, here is a silicone seal that is removable for washing - all in all it is a GREAT PRODUCT

I love Lock n Lock and have TONS of different shapes and sizes. This one is perfect for spaghetti. It easily holds more than 2lbs of spaghetti

Air tight wonderful

Product used to store home-made cookies. The seal kept cookies fresh for three weeks. Very happy with item and will probably purchase again or maybe larger size if available.

Best brand of storage

I love lock and lock brand. I have so many different sizes. Only thing is lids don’t stack well. I just use a bin for them in the pantry, though. Definitely worth the price. I will continue to purchase this brand.

Airtight and worth it.

I used to buy these retail, but are difficult to find now. I use these for all my flours, oats, and cornmeal. Priced about right for Canada.

Good product

Good product but I sometimes the lid won't shut properly and the price could be little cheaper other than that I like the product... It keeps the fruit flies away

Not long enough imho

This could do with being an inch or two longer as I have to squash a standard size loaf into it. However once bread is opened and a slice or two removed the rest fits easily inside and remains fresh. It won’t take really long loaves. I use Hovis bread mostly. All brands of small loaves will fit that I have tried so far. It’s nice and deep and wide enough, just wish it was a bit longer and I would have given 5 stars. Perhaps it’s made more for bread sold in other countries and not England where I live.

Solid container with good seals/clips
