Perfect size!

I searched for a vanity for a long time, and was hesitant to get one made of wood so I decided on metal and glass. It is beautiful, sturdy, and easy to put together (I did it myself). Everything arrived in perfect condition, all the hardware was in individual baggies and labeled, and the instructions were great. I'm 5'7 and have more than enough leg room and can see myself perfectly centered in the mirror (which is a generous size in person). I can see someone a couple of inches taller than me having no issues. The seat is comfortable & solid. The material a sturdy woven fabric. I'm so happy I chose this vanity!!!!!

Beautiful and well made for the price!

I was in the market for a small makeup vanity that was attractive and well made, but wouldn't set me back several hundred $. After doing some window shopping/researching/comparing, I came across this model and was impressed with the style, price and number of high reviews it had. I admit I was skeptical considering the price as there is always some sort of minor flaw in design to keep the price down with these types of furniture, so you usually get what you pay for. Not to mention reviews can be doctored and usually are these days it seems. So I took the plunge. It arrived fairly quickly, but the box was damaged, almost like it had been opened and taped back together. HUGE red flag, but I opened it up and did the requisite inventory and quality assessment. For how bad the box looked, not one piece was missing or damaged, so my thanks to the delivery guy for keeping everything intact! You REALLY have to pay attention to the instructions when you assemble it, as they are laid out in picture form as well as part number; but there are several that are similar and HOW they are laid out makes a difference as to how each piece is put together. That being said, the actual assembly was very easy for just myself to complete, which takes just about 60 min (if you are careful to follow the instructions. 2 hours for my stupid butt because I didn't and had to disassemble/reassemble certain parts to get it correct.) I am very happy with the finished product! It is very sturdy and will hold anything I will ever need to put on it. The dimensions are a great fit for my dimensions (haha!). Seriously, plenty of legroom between the bench and bottom of the vanity and the bench height is perfect for my lower leg height so my thighs are flat on the bench when I sit (not angled up or dangling off). Bench itself has a pretty thick and comfy cushion and has no problem supporting my 200+lbs. I really love the dual shelves and how the upper is clear glass and the bottom is mirrored so it's easy to see and access what you have underneath. Only thing I wish it had was lights around the mirror, but I will be remedying that by using one of the various string LEDs sold here. Overall, a great piece for a really good price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper priced, metal style vanity.

Very nice vanity..

I would have given it 5 stars but it was missing a felt pad for one of the legs on the stool. I called Linon and they sent me the wrong part. I gave them all the info they requested and needed. Called them again and the lady that answers the phone said she would fix it with department and send out the correct part. They sent the exact same wrong part again. Called back, several times, leaving a nice message and no one has returned my call. That has been months ago. My point is that the vanity is nice and pretty just that the stool is wobbly since I am missing that one piece. Linon service for me was less than desirable.

Perfect Vanity.

Packaging was solid and everything arrived in perfect order. This was very easy for me to put together, by myself. It is a solid piece of furniture. The bench is sturdy and comfortable. I would recommend putting pads on the bottom of the feet on the bench for easier sliding and to protect your floors. The glass shelve under the tabletop adds extra storage. I would have liked to seen the table top a bit loner and bigger, but it is not a deal breaker. It is very pretty put together. Not over powering or “heavy” looking which I appreciate. We have Mission Style bedroom furniture, which means a lot of heavy wood. This is “light” looking and works perfectly with our furniture.

Perfect vanity!

If you are debating on whether or not to purchase this vanity, then this is your go ahead! I fell in love with this vanity the moment I saw all the picture reviews on here. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and well packaged. It did take a while to get it put together but it was fairly easy. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s a bit larger than expected. I live in a small apartment and didn’t expect for it to be as large as it is. I’m having a hard time deciding where in my room to put this now, because my room is going to look cluttered with it unless I remove something else..

Be aware!

The vanity is beautiful. It was a Christmas present, so I have had it less than 6 months. This morning while getting ready for church, I went to sit down and the mirror shattered and fell to the ground. I am going to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Hopefully it is a smooth process, if not I will update. *Update* The vendor sent the broken piece to me quickly. I am very pleased with the Customer Service. I am limiting the # of items that I am putting on that shelf. Hopefully the new one will not break.

Lovely Piece With Some Minor Cons

This is an absolutely beautiful vanity once assembled and decorated to one’s liking. The packaging is great to ensure no glass is scratched or damaged, even when couriers are being reckless with boxes. The cons however, the instructions for starters aren’t wonderful or descriptive. Thankfully I’ve assembled so many pieces of furniture I was able to wing it! You have to be very careful not to apply too much pressure to anything during the assembly process. This can cause the metal to bend or the paint to chip. A lot of the pre-drilled holes are too small, so be ready to make adjustments where needed. Also, the stickers on the glass/mirrors leave an adhesive behind so be ready to use some Goo-Gone or nail polish remover to get the stuff out. Overall I’m happy with the piece and the price I paid for it as well. Those were just a few gripes .

I like it - Reminds me of one I had in the late 80s

Nice item. A bit pricey. Smelled a bit. Wish it was white but this is nice. I had a fantastic one in the late 80s and wanted the same thing so I love this. All my hair dryers, straighteners etc have a home now. Husband had to put it together because I found it challenging. Box came totally open maybe because customs opened it and left it opened.
