Great gloves, but sized for men not women. I should've ordered smalls.
Amazing gloves! They are much more supple than most welding gloves I've found and they look great if that matters to you. I usually wear a large women's glove, so ordered mediums in order to get a good fit. They felt better than the men's welding gloves I've found in stores, but maybe that's because I couldn't find anything other than larges and xl. Why do stores think only men weld? Anyway, they felt great the first time I put them on but loosened up after use and I wish I'd ordered a small. They fit my husband great, so I'll probably order a small because they are that great. If you have small women's hands, I'm not sure these will be small enough for you. Could someone start a woman's welding and other gear supply company that carries products that truly fit women? Please.

Burn free
My husband bought these for me since I tend to burn myself when I place logs on the fireplace. I owned a pair of regular length gloves a few years ago which mostly helped, but every once in a while when reaching to the back of the fireplace to put wood on the fire, I would still burn myself. These gloves are a perfect length and have already saved me from a couple of burns!

Great material, uncomfortable and strange sizing. Here are precise measurements of the whole glove.
Great heavy duty material -- that part I'm happy about. But like a lot of people here would agree, the finger sizing is off. I have really small hands (from wrist crease to tip of middle finger: 6 3/8"), so even when people say to order a size up, that advice usually doesn't apply to me. But these Smalls do not quite fit right. Since I don't intend to use them for precise work -- I'm a landscaper who needs protection from dealing with nasty thorny plants like Himalayan blackberry -- I can make do for the time being. I don't know how much difference there is between the Small and Medium, but it seems like the next size up would be better. I really wish the company would include precise measurements in the product description -- it would save customers a lot of frustration and wasted money. So I will try to help everyone and measure all the parts of the glove. I'll subtract the hem so you can compare it to your own fingers. Rulers ready, everyone: Bottom of cuff to top of middle finger: 11" Wrist crease to top of middle finger: 6 3/4" Index finger length: 2 1/4" Middle finger length: 2 5/8" Ring finger length, measuring from crease on middle finger side: 2 3/8" Ring finger length, measuring from crease on pinky finger side: 2 1/8" Pinky finger length, measuring from crease on ring finger side: 1 3/8" Thumb, measuring from crease on index side: 2 1/4" The most uncomfortable part is the spacing between the ring and pinky finger, which is super short, almost like a design error. That's what throws the whole size off for me. If you look at your hand, that crease should be further down on your palm, rather than higher up like it is on the glove. TL;DR: Order the next size up. UPDATE: After using them for a while, I have to subtract another star from my review. Like I said, the material is super thick and sturdy, but my problem is not just the small sizing. The construction seems off, like the shape was poorly designed in places. This makes it extra uncomfortable. Not sure if getting the next size up would fix this problem. Please comment if you had similar sizing problems and ordered the mediums. I'm really curious if they're more comfortable all around.

snitching was painful and sloppy
I do not know if this the case for every set of gloves for this line but my pair i order the snitching was so awful when i sled my hand into the glove itself there was instant discomfort which was shortly followed by pain once i made a fist to test for the movement and bending of glove (movements for working with them). Maybe I got a pair that was poorly made but this being my first experience with brand i was very sad as a female welder I was so excited to have pair tailor for female smaller hands. *fit overall should and could have been great but I could not get past the flaws in the snitching (the red Reinforced Seams) were snitched wrong/poor/sloppy like a someone under the influence did this work. Do not get me wrong it this snitching flaws wasn't there I probably love these gloves. Honestly I am not working with gloves that will cause rug-burn, blisters or even possible cuts due to the reinforced snitching done so poorly. Instead keeping the reinforced seam to the outside it, throughout the gloves it went in and out of the gloves and then the seam wasn't even and with no transition it went a half inch into the finger slots which took a huge space ,most of the time half of the space for each finger from that moment i knew something was wrong. I numbered the rating on how well the finger and the Appendage (thumb) were made with stars THUMB. 3rd is done pretty well almost perfect still had dead space that the tip_3stars only because you could work with this INDEX/POINTER FINGER. 4th awful just like pinky_1 star MIDDLE FINGER. 1st-done best out all the finger_5 stars RING FINGER.2nd pretty well_4stars PINKY FINGER. 5th might well not even been part of the glove_0 stars the pinky finger was also made wrong it wasn't straight so once my pinky was in is finger slot glove only let a inch of the pinky in and then hook left for the other 2inchs of dead floppy glove. there was dead space in the thumb tip and the index pointer. who made these gloves and what world do females have next to no pinkys to their hands? I don't know about you but my hand make like a hill like shape elevating to the middle finger and then back down. These gloves are made with all 4 fingers are all most completely straight across it could almost evenly be a level or remove to be use a ruler line reference maker. No of these flaws are usable or wearable and will be effect my handling for work quality. I had to return them. The material was great, and again if they weren't snitched wrong i would kept them I am very upset. I even took the time to do measurements before I order the pair which made me even more upset.

Durable gloves, fit my small hands perfectly!!
Fit me perfectly! I have small hands for an adultwoman and it is almost impossible to find durably constructed gloves that fit me well enough to give me the dexterity that I need. These fit that bill. The Kevlar thread I assume will hold up well and not burn out and fray like the thread used in most of the small women's welding gloves that I have looked. I will update after they have gotten a bit more use. I got a size small and have included a picture of my hand and a measuring tape for reference.

They run small.
I have really small hands and they fit just barely. I’m well happy with them though because all the other ones were so big I was drowning in them. I suggest you read the other reviews before purchasing though because I am not kidding you when I say I have really small hands. They work great, are below elbow but well above the wrist. I have no problem fitting them over or under my boiler suit sleeves.

They fit small!!
They run VERY small. Ordered a medium and they fit the way I would expect an extra small to fit. I have the mens version of these gloves and they were too bulky especially once they stretched out, I'm hoping these stretch a bit otherwise they will not be useable. I have long but thin fingers and these barely go on my hand. If size large had been available I would have ordered/returned these for a bigger size.
