Great switch for child from plastic to glass

I’ve been trying to replace all plastic containers in my house as plastics are so unhealthy. My son is 5 and generally he is handles drinking glasses quite well. The silicone sleeve allows for a secure hold in his hand which prevents dropping the sleeve provides a little cushion in the event he drops it. He has been using these glasses for several months and we have not any trouble with him dropping the glasses. The colors are also a lot of fun. My only complaint is that when washing them in the dishwasher the hot water causes the silicone to expand a wee bit which can cause tiny debris stuck under the sleeve. The sleeves can be removed for cleaning but it’s a real hassle. I still throw them in the dishwasher but I don’t run them on the Sani-cycle which makes the water super hot. I took a point off for this issue but I am still super happy with these glasses.

Cute cups and bpa free

Was looking for a safe toddler cup. Wasn’t keen on glass but these seem to have done the trick. They are easy to hold, good grip, small and work well so far. I like that they are safe to drink from and not plastic!

Vary ease to hold

I bought these to use out by the pool so if one was dropped it wouldn't break. Well, I had to test it for myself. Which I did and the glasses didn't break. The glass is weighted on the bottom so when it was dropped it lands on the bottom. The rubber grip is strong and very easy to grip and cleans well in the dishwasher. The colors look great on tables around the pool. We have them in two different sizes. I also feel the grips keep the drinks colder and prevent your hands from warming the drink.

Great Glass Option for Kids

We've had these glasses for several years, so our kids can drink from glasses instead of plastic cups, and we finally broke one (dropped on a very hard tile floor) so recently ordered the 4 count multi-pack. My 4 yr old does say they are not as easy to hold as these other small glass juice glasses we have, so he uses those because he is not as likely to drop a glass, but my 18 month old has used these since she was about 12 months (she was the one who dropped one) and generally they hold up well. She drinks from them just fine by herself and I love the colors. I would be thrilled if this style--a silicone sleeved glass- was available in a more straight up and down narrow little glass. The smaller base and wider top on these does make them a little tippy and require two hands instead of one for a bigger kid.

Durable glass cups - toddler tested

My daughter is 18 months and is getting pretty good at drinking from a cup without a sippy lid on it. I wanted to find something that wasn't plastic. I know they say it is BPA free, but that is just semantics. They may have gotten rid of BPA but the replacement can be just as bad! Anyways, the silicon cover on these glass cups are perfect. They stay on the cup, I wash them with the cover on. And my daughter has dropped them from standing a few times and they have lived to see another day. She even threw one on the ground during a tantrum and it wasn't even close to breaking. Messy, yes, but her manners are improving everyday with these cups. Cups without a sippy lid are also great because dentists recommend them for less dental caries and problems. Overall I'm extremely happy with them. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Nice open cup for kids!

These are great glasses! I bought them for my kids learning to drink from an open cup because I can't stand the idea of them drinking from plastic cups. The lip is a perfect thickness for them both (one has Down syndrome) and both have done great. I also paired them with GreenPaxx lids and Pure Straws and the whole thing works really well for transitioning from a straw to an open up. When we started we would let them drink with the lid and cup and once there was less liquid we'd remove the lid and straw and have them work on the open cup. Word of caution though, they are not indestructible. We had one break the first week. However, I'd still keep buying them. You just have to take the appropriate precautions when dealing with glass.

Disappointed

The cups are good quality but for the price, I didn't expect any defect. It was very clear when unpackaging that one of the cups was slightly different. It seems like a quality control issue because the rubber grip is definitely cut wrong and does not cover the same as the other rubber grips. I needed these so won't be returning but just want them to be aware of this issue to avoid future problems for others.

Best glass for my senior mom and her toddies

My 86 year young mom drinks her water, wines, and toddies in these glasses. Easy to hold for smaller hands and less likely to break while providing easy drinking fun with the slim glass edge.
