Pretty Nice! . . . but . . .
I ordered this to replace an old coat rack and was fairly happy with the product, but it wasn't perfect. When it arrived, I unwrapped it and found a fairly sizable chip (maybe 1-2 cm) in the paint on one of the edges. I know I probably could have returned it, but the chip was in a place where it wasn't really going to show, so I just colored it in with a black sharpie and it looks fine. Also, all four of the hooks were rather wobbly when it arrived, so I got out a screwdriver and tightened down all of them from the back and now they're perfectly solid and sturdy. Installation was super easy and it has been holding up just fine to the weight of all our winter coats and such. In all, it's a nice coat rack. I just found it odd that i had to tighten down all the hooks (like they made a nice product, but didn't quite finish it) and was obviously a bit disappointed with the chipped paint. But, it's sturdy now, the chip doesn't show, and I like the look of it -- so overall, it's a decent product.

AN "AWESOME" PRODUCT, BUT ITS A TAD HEAVY, SO YOU'RE LIKELY TO NEED TWO DRYWALL ANCHORS OR WALL MOLLY'S
This item is exactly as pictured here. Its made of reasonably high-quality wood veneer with a premium satin-black finish and the hooks themselves are polished stainless steel. Its a very handsome unit and it served our purposes nicely in the entryway of our home for baseball caps, coats and jackets and other items. However, its important to note that given its wooden construction, the unit itself is fairly heavy, and unfortunately, the two wood screws provided by the manufacturer are woefully inadequate to support its weight. There are two pre-drilled screw holes in this unit that are intended for mounting it to the wall, and those two screw holes are 16" apart (center-to-center). So, unless you're lucky enough to have two internal wall studs that are 16" apart in the precise location on the wall where you intend to install it, then you're going to need two drywall anchors or "wall molly's" which are not included with the item when shipped.

Great rack!
This is my third purchase! The screw holes line up exactly on two studs making it easy to be very sturdy. On a previous rack only one hole would line up on a stud.

missing parts
I've tried to leave feedback on this item and was told it was not appropriate??? It is a sturdy item, but came with nothing to mount it to the wall with which to me seems pretty basic and normal. I have two other of these and they came with an insert to cover the hardware you put them on the wall with in the form of 2 round faux wood bumps that fill the holes covering the hardware that you attach it to the wall with and got nothing. I've tried to write this review a few times and it's been denied and not sure why?? Yet, here I try again! I did buy it used in very good condition as it's just for my mud room, but feel it was missing the most important parts and, "very good condition" to me is not missing parts.

That hooks would accommodate large towels
This rack is perfect for an alternative to traditional towel racks. Very upscale and modern. Well made and highly recommended.

Beautiful Sturdy Wall Rack
I got tired of using my hangers every time I wore my jackets. I started tossing them all over the furniture. This was a miracle for my wall. Sturdy, good looking, convenient, and exactly what I needed. I was able to get it installed onto my wall very easily. Only takes 2 screws. I recommend finding where your studs are for more support if you intend to hang alot on it but overall an amazing buy.

All the Reviews are True!
All the reviews I read about this product before purchasing it were TRUE! It looks nice and is pretty sturdy, but one of the corners on it WAS chipped away when I took it out of the package, it needed to be tightened with a screw driver before mounting it to the wall, I needed to purchase extra hardware to give it better support in my dry wall and, as far as putting the little screw-covering pegs in and getting them stuck, I opted to put them in most of the way, but leave them slightly sticking out so that I will be able to remove the coat hanger if I ever need to.

Bad packaging
I have ordered three of these.The first order came in its own box , placed in a second box with padding. Very high quality, and loved it. I ordered two more a few weeks later. The second order was two loose racks missing their individual boxes. The installation kits and wood buttons were missing. I am amazed there was no damage to the wood. There was a one foot. by three foot loose srap of wrapping paper crumpled on the box floor. Not happy.......I wrapped better in kintergarden. The racks are great, and i love them, but it seems they are returns tossed in a shipping package like garbage.

I received it scratched and obviously previous owned. Amazon promptly replaced it. The product is well built and looks elegant.

Great looking hook and rail
Great looking hook and rail set, seems nice and sturdy, the product box inside the amazon shipping box was badly damaged but the shipping box was fine... strange? There were a few small marks on the rail but nothing major.

Great bathroom accessory.
Bought this to put in a guest bathroom. It is a nice sturdy piece and looks great. Perfect for hanging large towels on.
