Exactly as pictured
Needed this to cover some old bad electrical work being redone. I spent almost $15 on this 1 and well about $14 for everyother cover combined. Still it matched and met my needs. And was nice to find on amazon since my local hardware store only covered the standard ones and speciality store wanted over $20

A little pricey but good quality
I think the price might be slightly high at $12, but since it includes shipping, it's not too bad. They cover the faceplate with blue sticky plastic to keep it from getting scratched, which is nice. The actual faceplate looks much brighter than the picture on Amazon. It looks like brushed stainless steel. The picture they show forLeviton 84409-40 2-Gang Decora/GFCI Device Decora Wallplate, Device Mount, Stainless Steel looks much closer to the color of this faceplate. They also include a piece of metal to go behind the "blank" side of this faceplate such that you can screw the piece of metal into the electric gang box and then screw the blank side of the face plate to the piece of metal. The piece of metal is cut into the following shape: | \ x| / | The x in the above diagram is empty space where you might want to fit a non-standard switch. In my case, I was able to fit an old non-standard fan-speed dial control in the x space and the piece of metal happened to fit under a rim in the control and hold it fairly securely. I ten drilled a hole in the blank side of the faceplate for the stem of the dial control to poke through and placed the dial on it from the outside so it almost looks like this faceplate was meant to go with it. Despite coming with the piece of metal, the face plate does not come with screws! I went to the local hardware store and they don't even sell the very short screws that are meant to fit above and below the decora side of the faceplate. Instead, I had to use a dremel cutting disk to cut longer screws shorter. A lot of wire strippers will also have a special hole you can fit a face-plate screw in and cut it to any length, then unscrew it to fix the threads near the end, although the dremel actually did a better job. You can also use longer screws if you're willing to sink them into the drywall behind the screw holes.

GREAT FOR WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE OR NOT!
I had a bit of a problem on my hands. I had a few wires that ran off to different places but I also had a switch to control a light near by. I have cerebral palsy so I need room inside a box when things get complex as in wires going every which way. So I used a double wide box half for a single pole switch the other half for a bunch of wires and their respective wire nuts. This switch plate covered the wires while giving access to the single pole Decora illuminated switch which was exactly what I needed. This works well with a Decora electrical outlet as well. My convergence of wires was hidden, my wall switch worked and everything looked fine. The This old gray Wolf could not ask for more.

Shipped missing parts
UPDATE: worked around this by hacking up a $0.75 strap mount switch. Easy to work with after that. Shipped without the back strap required to make it fit into a standard box. Quality product otherwise.

Perfect to cover blank opening on two-gang electrical box
I had a two gang box with only one switch. All of the other switch and outlet covers except this one were stainless. None of the home improvement stores carry this product. What I received is exactly what was pictured and fit perfectly. I would buy this product again.

Not bad
Nice quality but a little undersized. I didn't end up getting to use it. there is a small gap between the sheetrock and the outlet box and the wallplate was not able to cover it.

For our den...
We bought this for our den. Simple and clean design, works as intended. Leviton is a great brand....so we usually go with them anyway.

Quality product
Most big box hardware stores don't carry this style in a stainless style. Looks great, super easy to install! Good value.
